I booked for tripple bed room, the caretaker asked about the amount paid, and given a double bed room saying other room is costly, the room was not clean at all. also there was electric shock in the switch board.

The stay was absolutely terrible and unhygienic. I strongly advise against booking this property. There was no proper maintenance. The rooms were in poor condition, and even the room availability was mismanaged. Despite booking through MakeMyTrip, when I tried to contact the host, both the provided numbers were unreachable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Our recent stay at Montecello Home Stay was disappointed. From **false advertising** in booking photos to **shockingly unhygienic conditions**, this property failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Priced far beyond its actual value, the only redeeming factor was its proximity to the beach.

The stay was disappointing. Dusty rooms, unclean bathroom, and a weak door lock. The building felt old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness and upkeep definitely need serious improvement. Not recommended.
