Montego Bay Beach Resort is a beautiful property located right on the beach in Morjim, Goa. Guests loved the spacious and well-appointed Greek cottages and log cabins, which are spread over an expansive landscape. The resort's restaurant offers delicious food with a superb view of the sea. The property is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The staff is hospitable and prompt, and the property is well-maintained. However, some guests found the rooms to be small and lacking in amenities like room service. The breakfast spread was also limited. Overall, Montego Bay Beach Resort is a great choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Goa.

If peace is what you seek, Montego Bay Resort is where you should head to. Tucked in a corner at Morjim, this resort offers a tranquil, serene holiday and the best part is that the hustle and bustle of Baga and Calangute are just a 20-25 minute Scooty ride away. In case, you are in the mood for it. So is the beautiful Arambol beach (up North). The place is right next to the beach (no private beaches, mind you). The cottages are nice and clean. No frills, may I say right away. They could do with some more cloth hangers and maybe a wardrobe is what I told the owner (Alvin). Both he and his Manager (Malcolm) are always ready to pitch in with tips on what to do and where to go to and they also call up the local guys and arrange Scooty's in no time. The local cabbies sit right next to their gate, so no worries with that. The restaurant serves a decent, basic breakfast (The service could be better and faster, of course). I was mostly out during lunch and dinner but managed to have one paid meal, though. The Goan style chicken was indeed something fresh for my taste buds. Goes well with a Kings beer. The Pork Vindaloo was okay. The Morjim Beach is also where the Olive Ridley turtles turn up. Apparently only during full moon, they told me (much to my disappointment as the next full moon was quite a few nights away). The staff overall, is a bunch of bright and cheerful people. The lawns are clean and quiet. 3-4 hammocks for you to laze, with the sun rays peeping through the overhead coconut trees on some of them. I preferred the ones in the shade though. Made for a more peaceful sleep. The beach is clean too. Mostly foreigners, I must add and 2-3 shacks. You can also take food from the restaurant on to the beach, of course. They have a few (4-5) deck chairs on the beach with overhead umbrellas. So no bargaining with locals for that. The Wi-Fi was a bit choppy though. But then, I was there to get 'unconnected', so it didn't bother me much. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Worth going there again? Yes, of course.
Excellent location, great food, child friendly

1) love: location, garden, beach proximity, swimming pool, sheesha, food at the restaurant, salim and sandeep (2 stewards) hospitality, great 4g coverage, very good wi fi too. Negatives: no phone in the room, no room service, lighting in the room, size of the room.
Stay was lovely overall. We were in beach view log cabin. It turned out to be better than what we had expected. Lovely well kept garden in front of the room with soft grass was a perfect setup for my 2 year old daughter. To top this up, the beach shared a common fencing with the garden. If you are a beach lover, there is no better place for peace and tranquility than this. The Montego Bay Beach Village restaurant is excellent if you like goan food and indian food. Pastas could have been better. Breakfast has limited options but it’s really good. We want to give a special shout out for two of their stewards salim and sandeep for being so warm and hospitable. After a tiring day at the beach it’s always nice to have a smiling face greeting you and are so cooperative. The only thing missing was a phone in the room so no room service and the size of the room which was a tad bit small. In my personal opinion, the room could be a bit better lit too. I have been to goa umpteen number of times and this place has excellent 4g network and their wifi was also pretty much on point. Overall, i’d definitely come back and stay at this place when in goa again.
Clean place with an amazing view

This place may be a 2 star rated Montego Bay Beach Village on makemytrip but the staff and the service is beyond 5 star. Great for all types of people from everywhere. The location is on the beach. It is also very clean. The restaurant on the grounds has some very tasty good Indian and seafood. They include breakfast which was one of my highlights as eggs are made to order. Freshly squeezed juice and hot coffee and tea. Simply delicious. If you are going to Goa for a swimming pool then it doesn't make sense as their is a nice ocean a few feet away. It's amazing to have all three meals with a ocean view from the front yard of this amazing property. The staff goes beyond and is extremely attentive and polite. The reception (Masi and family) will advise and assist with anything. Even vehicle rentals and things to do in the area. Last but not least, the bar has an amazing variety and high quality of drinks. I am an NRI and was with my girlfriend and I was simply impressed. The bartender Lenny and the server Enrolled know what they are doing. Honestly this place is a gem in Morjim and is extremely affordable.
3 nights stay
Akhilesh Dubey
We stayed there for 3 nights. 1. loc: It has direct access to the beach, which is good but Morjim itself is too far from all the happening places like Baga, Calangute, Anjuna, etc. 2. Room: we stayed in a tent which is next to the beach. Has nice king size bed in it with an attached bathroom. They provide one table and chair inside the room. The bathroom is ok. But nothing else is provided like kettle/tea/coffee bags etc. I would give 3 stars for the tent. 3. Breakfast: Not much variety. Toast-Bread, Eggs are common for every day plus there would be one or two extra dish every day. The first day it was Idli with Chutney and No Sambhar. Second day it was Pav Bhaji. Pav Bhaji was good but Idli wasn't. Would give 2 stars for the breakfast. 4. Staff: they all are really helpful and welcoming. They try to help as much as possible. 4 stars for the staff. 5. Property: its beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Nice place to sit around. Overall my rating is 3 stars. Expected a better room and breakfast fir the price I paid.
Great stay

Most things about this place are just perfect. View, location, food, service, cleanliness to mention a few. I stayed there with my wife and our one year old child. They arranged for cake and decorated the dinner table for my wife's birthday. There's a swimming pool which is small like a kid's pool but serves the purpose. Delicious food. Good breakfast menu. Ambiance at the restaurant is great. Courteous staff. I stayed in the log cabin. Bit small in size but facilities are good. Resort is located exactly on the morning beach. The beach is clean and well maintained. This is one of the most serene resorts in north Goa. Will definitely visit again.
Excellent view. Well maintained. Great ambiance. Good food. Good service.
Beautiful experience
Dheeraj
The Montego Bay Beach Village was very clean It is meant specially for those who want to relax, actually the beach of Morjim and ashvem haven’t yet got commercialised so less people and less of noise and pollution The beach is very near by around 100 ms from the Montego Bay Beach Village premises The Montego Bay Beach Village staff are very decent and helpful The beach is very safe even at 2-3 am, you can take a walk without any concern of getting mugged or robbed You can relax to the fullest because it provides economical spa massage service also and by trained hands The food and restaurant was also awesome The ambience was very good and the complimentary breakfast was nice Overall it was superb
Beautiful resort right on Morjim beach
Purna
Location: Superb, right on the Morjim beach. Beautiful sunset and sunrise experience. Service: Courteous staff with decent service. Bit delay in our check-in procedure as one of the tents were not prepared. The resort provides bench and beach towels to their guests. Rooms: Had booked AC beach tents which were clean and well-maintained. Beautiful experience staying in the tents. Food: Bit pricey but nice tasty food. Complimentary breakfast could have been better with a bit more options. Transport: Lack of options and a bit pricey as the taxi stand is available just outside the resort quotes very high price.
Must stay Resort for couples and travelers
Naveen Srinivasa
Fantastic location right next the beach. The beach is very clean and does not have too much crowd. Best to just relax and enjoy the resort. Located right next to Bora club that is open 24 hours. Resort has good amenities and cabins/rooms are spread across the resort. Maintained very well. Good restaurant with pretty good food options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Log cabins are cute and nicely maintained. Bathroom can be better as it is very tiny and water clogging in the shower. This was the only disappointment. Otherwise, this is awesome. Will visit again.

We were a group of friends and stayed in a log cabin. It was nice and quiet, covered by gardens. The resort is right on the beach, and the restaurant is also nice. The only thing lacking was the breakfast spread; they can add a few more items
Beautiful location

Good location, log cabin is little small in size. Reception and other administrative people are good. Value for the money. Breakfast has less options. Dinner okay not bad. Near to many of the interesting places.
