Location of the resort is easy to reach, rooms are spacious, service is well managed and courteous. I had booked all meals inclusive, food was good, some scope of improvement in food quality (for example, rice items for dinner were cold and dry. Waterpark, games room were available, but resort also has school picnic crowd, so using these facilities for guests like us are difficult. Overall better than average experience.

We stayed in the cottage and it had all basic amenities. The room and spacious and had that cozy comfortable feeling. The food for lunch and dinner was amazing however i would say breakfast was bit disappointing. The staffs was polite, helpful and friendly. The water park was awesome - very well maintained and we all loved it. This resort is kids friendly and there are lots of activities for them.

Good location but last mile access road could be improved. Food was ok with limited options. Indoor and outdoor amenities were excellent. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was good. Restaurant room service was also good. Overall a good experience for family with kids.

The food quality was great, the pool was clean and well maintained, the rooms were clean and the ambience was good too. Mini water-park was a lot of fun, with other fun activities like rifle shooting and archery. Great place for family and friends.

Overall good experience in resort. Clean rooms, staff behavior is good, swimming pool and water park is enjoyable, many other activities also available. We have stayed for 1 day. We have enjoyed everything.

All in all it was a pleasant stay. Would surely recommend for a family retreat. Food fun for kids and accommodation too quite nice

The property is very big and specious. Food was good too. The adventurous activities were good. Over all good for one day stay.

Resort is good for family. specially families can plan on weekdays or fry sat. too avoid crowd. lunch and dinner was delicious. breakfast and High tea was average.

we booked a chalet. it was awesome experience to stay there. food is really amazing. It's good for one day stay.
