Nice hotel and nice ambience. Food quality and all staff's behaviour is really very good. They are very supportive and honest. Very nice place and safe for every one.

I have checked in the hotel but hotel doesn't provide deluxe rooms as per booking. Service to behavior is totally unprofessional. Required action will be taken after checked out. I am not expecting any discount from mmt but such unprofessionalism is not accepted.

Hotel was good. Room is nice. Cleanses and food is good. Just one thing no view of mountain.

Most terrible stay ever on any mm t properties tilk date. The hotel provided a room different to the one mentioned on the booking platform and there is no ac no fan even in this summer. Rooms are tinniest and with frequent water issues. Even after multiple requesta they never upfraded and nor mm t provided other options. I am being cheated here and would requeat refund but the mm t people mentioned an-out coupons to compensate whoch never arrived either

Hotel stuff is very helpful and polite. Room is clean bathroom is clean. View of mountain from window is just amazing. Food is normal. Geyser is working properly.

The stay was satisfactory, albeit with a few noteworthy aspects. Notably, the absence of a heater in the room and limited breakfast choices impacted the overall experience. The service provided was average, meeting expectations but not surpassing them. Additionally, the lack of parking facilities added to the challenges of the stay. These aspects collectively suggest areas for improvement to enhance the overall quality of accommodation.

Hotel staff were extremely polite and very very helpful. In house restaurant serves good food. They shifted my rooms to first floor seeing aged persons in the group. Helped us with our travel plans as well. The location was excellent. Very near to famous mall and eateries. Will surely stay there in my next visit.

This hotel is situated near the mall at walking distance of 2 to 3 minutes which is even better than the hotels right at the mall if you consider that cabs are available right at the door step without availing any staircase. Service is excellent, each and every aspect is taken care of by the staff with accountability. Warm water in glass bottles were provided. Electric kettle with tea and coffee sachet. Rooms are well appointed with a decent area. We were given the mountain view side rooms (106, 107, 108. Please note that kanchenjunga is not visible from this side. You get a view of the city on the slope of the mountain. Moreover the food was also good and both the room service and dining at the restaurant is available. Overall we were very pleased with the stay for three days during the durga puja of 2023.
