Excellent location. Extremely neat and clean rooms. Very. courteous and helpful staff, especially Ms. Paridhi, and others in front office and guest relations. Superb preparations by the chef, and very attentive restaurant staff especially Mr. Trepan, and Mr. Sandeep, and one more kind lady in dark colored uniform whose name i can't recall (sorry). They all work like a team that is only interested in ensuring your comfort. Food prepared in hotel's restaurant is 100 times better and safer than many nearby restaurants outside on the main road.

Room was very small according to the cost and the towels provided were very poor

all around great stay. the manager deepak was very welcoming and helpful. Got us a room with a great view and answered all our questions about exploring tapovan and greater rishikesh with plenty of recommendations. Room was clean with good AC and wifi. centrally located but off the beaten path enough for some peace and quiet. would definitely stay there again...

Very nice location and view of hotel

it was a pleasant stay , staff was coperative and they guide very well for local spots. location of hotel is also good it's near by to many places though parking is outside in open area. it was a worth every penny, as facilities are above expectations in this budget

Ground floor Rooms were stinky & damp smell. 1 side of the hotel does have any window in the room. It does mention on any app, so that customers can make an informed decision. Whether to book a room or not. After making an online payment, you will regret it. BAD STINKY DAMP SMELL

1. Pros: Courteous Staff, on main road 2. Cons. Poor hotel, small rooms, uncomfortable bathrooms. opposite to an open garbage dump. Nothing nearby, everything closes by max 9. Overall: Good if you are passing through, as a tourist no, there’s just a building on one side and dump on another. Probably under renovation so no terrace or balcony. The staff was helpful did try to make me comfortable, but the hotel is just a big no. This area in general can be avoided
