Montrose Golf Resort & Spa

This is a beautiful and serene resort with fine features and some of the nicest staff. This is our second visit to this resort almost after 11 months, but to my surprised as soon as we entered the restaurant, the staffs could recognized us and welcomed us, it was really heartfelt experience . Thank you so much for ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Mr. Biswa Pani, The Restaurant Manager and Mr. Khagesh, whose attention to detail in every way, ensuring that we got the right meals and great service. We travelled with our 1.5 year old baby, and you guys were there to ensure food preference for baby and went above and beyond to serve as per our need. sincere thanks to all the others not mentioned herein, the fine housekeeping staff and everyone else at the resort that contributed to our enjoyable stay. We shall be back sometime in the near future. Kudos to Mr.Biswa Pani and Mr.Khagesh. Thank you all, it was a pleasant stay.

The stay was comfortable at - montrose golf resort & spa, coorg we had gone fkr summer holidays, away from the hussle bussle of city and heat. The property is newly built, extremely good archetexture, well maintained and clean. The staff is courteous. Good sports room and swimming pool. The location of the Montrose Golf Resort & Spa is around 30km from madikeri which is main business district. Nice mountain view from our room with coffee plantation. There are many activities: bird watching, nature trail, night herping. They have petting zoo - horses, bunnies, goast, ducks, hens, turkeies, etc. You can do horse riding, golf expeience. Overall excellent experience. Property spread across 120 acres of coffee and spices plantation.

We booked the luxury suite which was spacious with tasteful, comfortable decor and a balcony overlooking the hills. The view would be better from the corner suites as the front facing one we stayed at, had tall trees right in front. The staff is courteous and friendly and the service was impeccable. The best part of our stay was the nature walk through the coffee plantation followed by a golf session, all included in the stay package. The only issue we faced was the wifi, which was down for an entire evening and night. Also, there is absolutely no network in the entire area. So without wifi, its like living in the dark ages. But 100% recommend this property!

Perfect getaway from the hustle of city life. Ideal holiday for a family. Food was excellent, they didn't repeat the menu on all 3 days that we stayed. Mr. Linse took extra special care. Great amenities- indoor games (tt, carrom, pool table, archery, toddler's play area, gym, mini theatre, swimming pool, library, etc. Plantation tour, coffee museum, firing range, golf coaching by mr. Muthu was excellent. Best part was no mobile connectivity, other than reception area. Very hospitable and courteous staff. Thanks to mr. Gaurav for making our stay, a memory to cherish.

Recently I Had a chance to visit Coorg for a family vacation. Booked Montrose Golf Resort and SPA at Coorg through MMT. The location was really beautiful and on its own. It was located within wonderful greenery of coffee plantations and trees of all varieties. The facility has a lot of activities, mini theatre, experience in the history of coffee making. Food served was also excellent. The staff was also welcoming and supportive. It also had a small 9 hole golf course in the midst of woods. Really enjoyed my stay…!

This place is heaven on earth, and will give all tranquility and peace of mind. You will find all amenities and activities within this property. There are options of rooms and villas to choose from. Food is great here, both breakfast and dinner spreads are tasty and palatable. The staff is polite and professional, special mention to the duty manager. This property is 20 km away from nh 275 suntikope, we took a local cab for the site seeing as the Montrose Golf Resort & Spa doesn't have a travel desk.

Property is really well maintained. Food was amazing. Staff was very courteous. The only challenge faced by us was the commute from villas to the main resort where all the facilities are. The staff was very prompt in sending the vehicle for pickup and drop but it’s very inconvenient to call every time you want to go out of the villa and then wait. My advise would be to book normal rooms and not villas if you are someone who is not fond of walking especially if you have small kids or older folks.

Beautiful place to visit for couple. Enjoyed the stay, hospitality is superb. Rooms are clean, breakfast and dinner included. Need to pay lunch. You'll definitely love the place as it is far from city center and journey to the place is wonderful. No network, but wifi is included. Horse riding, archery, gun shooting and golf is included. Definitely worth visiting. Calm and serene away from the city life. The team would go an extra mile to help you! evening high tea is good with pakoda!

The Montrose Golf Resort & Spa and property is well managed. Rooms are very spacious and staff is very courteous. Challenge is they got less staffing.

Wonderful and peaceful stay. Nice room. Ambience is great and location, activities and food are highlights of this resort.

Located in mid forest, hygienic, excellent staff food is very good! most recommended place!

Loved the stay! calm & scenic resort that had everything for everyone including kids. Property is superbly maintained and staff too very polite and well behaved. Oud kid enjoyed a lot right from watching movie in mini theat, play area and horse riding, feeding rabbit. A stay to remember filled with love and joy!

I absolutely loved the overall ambience and hospitality of the place. Also, it was beautiful to see how they can help you plan your day with several activities to make the overall stay more enjoyable.

The place was quite pretty and we had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely amazing and the staff was very much cooperative and especially the head chef was the most helpful.

Beautiful place, everything as expected for a peaceful dreamy vacation. One feedback will on the food section. Requires better organisation, planning and management, the entire team is fumbling during peak crowd times.

The best part was the location and the amenities! location was amid-st nature and the view from the rooms were mountains covered with mist. The food was good, great variety and totally lived upto the 5-star standard. And the best part was the activities. They had complimentary nature walk, bird watch, golf course, horse riding and so on. Hence, overall great experience

This is an excellent property, big rooms, nice view, good food and friendly staff. The only thing you need to keep in mind is to mention you want mountain view rooms on 2nd floor. They have partial mountain view rooms which doesn't have good views as you would expect, they should have an additional category for partial mountain view rooms. In any case you would enjoy your stay here )

It's expensive, but worth it. I was able to play golf for first time in my life from this place. So i guess it's worth it. Good food, good ambience

The property and the rooms are cleaned routinely and maintained great!
