they denied the booking at 11 PM then I called make my trip and got the booking done which took not more then 20 mins

The hospitality by the reception was amazing — very helpful and always just one call away whenever needed. The location was convenient and easy to find with good directions. However, the room was not as presented in the pictures; it looked quite dull, and the utensils provided were not up to the mark. Still, the staff’s kindness and prompt service made my stay pleasant overall.

Subject: issue with hotel cleanliness and amenities dear makemytrip team, i recently booked a hotel through your platform, but i am extremely disappointed with my experience. 1. The bedsheet and pillow covers in my room are not clean, and it seems they haven’t been changed from the previous guests. Additionally, there is no staff available to assist with this issue. I have tried calling the hotel multiple times, but there has been no response. 2. The mobile charger switch in my room is not working, which is causing inconvenience during my stay. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve these matters. I expect the hotel to provide clean linens or arrange a room change as soon as possible, and to fix the issue with the mobile charger looking forward to a quick resolution. Thank you, mohit gupta

There was no hot water in bathrooms

The room was clean and neat. The location was convenient for me. The staff were polite and helpful, they even extended our check out by an hour when we requested

My overall experience at Moois residency is good.only drawbacks are the room felt little too congested and the lift is terrible I would give 3/5 overall
