Amazing experience at the Mosh by the Shore resort – clean rooms, beautiful sea view, and very courteous staff. Truly relaxing stay.

The location is good, right on the beach. Property is also good.

It was a pleasant stay. Peaceful and cozy. However, the washroom should be upgraded a bit.

I had a very bad stay experience at this hotel. The washroom exhaust was not working, the lights, Wi-Fi, and even the door lock were a constant struggle. The AC sounded like a cooler, and despite informing the reception multiple times, no one cared to take action. Considering the poor facilities, the price was extremely high and not justified at all. I strongly recommend exploring other nearby options instead of staying here.

Location is great, right on the palolem beach. The rooms are very spacious as compared to other shacks on the beach. The restaurant serves the most delicious food. Best food in palolem I would say. We had an issue with hot water on our last day, but they provided hot water buckets. Service is a little slow but they accommodate your requests.

It was good, just the service was a little delayed and food was average.

Awesome room and great staff. It was a pleasant stay. They have a good parking facility and the rooms are very nice, and the most important part is the Beach. So get out of the room and see the beautiful views. Thank you so much.

It was really good and worth it. Experience food was really good as well as the property was located in a good location. Staff was really helpful. Property was very clean, but the bedsheets could have been more clean. Otherwise, staff and overall experience was really good.

Rooms were good, not too big but decent, location is right on the beach, the restaurant food is decent but they have charged me for the items that I didn't order, this happens twice with me, although after highlighting this they corrected it, but it feels like a scam to me.

Our stay at Mosh was the worst experience ever. The washroom was clogged. We were not able to bath properly, and every time we asked for help, the plumber would come. He would see the problem, and he always said that it has been resolved, and the next time we went to take a bath, the bathroom was clogging again, so the experience was not nice. We had previously stayed at Mosh, but we had booked the expensive room that is the sea facing room and it was a good experience. But this time we booked the partial Sea view room and it was terrible, terrible experience.Also, we were given one room of the family suite, which made it even worse because we were able to hear the people in the other room, which was another family, and I am pretty sure they were also able to hear us. It was bad. I will not recommend anybody to book the partial sea facing room.

The room was clean, service & food was very good. Location was excellent. The only drawbacks were : - the approach road to the resort needs to be paved or evened. - our cottage was just next to the restaurant, so did get a bit noisy at times

The stay was quite underwhelming. The staff seemed indifferent, and you’re pretty much left to manage everything on your own. Delivery personnel are allowed inside the premises without much control, and the property doesn’t serve anything—so be prepared to fend for yourself when it comes to food. The only highlight is the balcony, which is genuinely impressive. Beyond that, the experience was very average.

The location was ok.The restaurant food and ambience were great though it seemed a little pricy. We encountered a few issues in the room such as unavailability of wifi connectivity to operate the television and were asked by the staff to use mobile data instead. Also we had issues with the ac remote and did not receive much help to get the issue resolved. But otherwise the staff were very much cooperation us.

Booked 3 rooms for 7 adults and 2 children. Excellent ambience and kind staff. Bang on the shore location. Restaurant is good and so is the food. Property is as shown in the photographs. Only 2 problems which can be definitely corrected. 1) Google location received was way off. About 1 km in totally opposite direction. It needs to be updated. Be sure to call the property directly and get a location from them directly. 2) All the doors in the room and washroom as well are fitted with fancy locks which are extremely complicated and require house keeping assistance each time. They seriously need to change the locks to such beautiful rooms and doors. Both these problems are easily correctable if taken seriously. Overall very nice experience.

The locks were rotten from rust . It was very difficult to lock them . The shower was also not working properly . The stream was pouring with full force rather than uniformly but the utter disappointment was Wi-Fi . Even after repeated reminders the Wi-Fi was not sorted and we had to face issue accessing internet as our mobiles didn’t had connectivity
