the place was very unclean and there was a smell in the room. The people didn't seem very nice . I did not stay as I checked in i left the room in 15mins

lovely staff and perfect location. Rooms are comfortable with Ac, tv, comfortable bed and attend washroom

No cleaning, bedsheet bahut gandi thi aur lobby mein smoke ki smell, Ac not working properly. Worst experience in goa.

Average stay option, but dont go with the breakfast option, you will be charged 150 200 extra but actually hotel provides a coupon only valid for 60 to 90 rs of breakfast, and that to outside of the stay premises.

location - On Road Close to School, Church, Market, Food Shop,Safe, Amenities Good Service - Good Suggestion - Need improvement in Room service In hotel food service/ canteen etc.

not clean full of hair don't stay in this motel no hot water no water bottle provided waste of money swimming pool is another terrible not cleaned for a year

I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay at Motel La Grande, The overall experience was far below expectations. The room was dirty, and the ambience unhygienic, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The hotel staff maintained a silent and indifferent attitude, offering no assistance or concern regarding the poor condition of the room. Due to the unhygienic surroundings, I had to skip the breakfast as well.

Worst room i have booked ever stayed no proper staff no fan no TV ac not chilling I recommend don’t just around people as we are paying for hotel not for free you shows different photos and they give us another rooms pathetic experience never

Cozy and comfortable room. Ample light. Good food. Everything was great especially the location. Little bit improvement needed on clean bedsheets and room.

I was not happy with the room as there was TV but not working.Even the WiFi was not working which created a problem for me as I was on a office trip work related. I couldn't use my laptop for office meeting and work because of no internet..They have shown all this facilities as available . but not provided to us when we actually go there to stay.Its waste on money.

the rooms are ok, but there is an intolerant smell of cigarettes inside the room. The staff was good on the reception but at night there was strange noise coming from the corridor

rooms need to be clean. l was locked out full night and all my things were inside...staff gave me another room but I had no clothes to change. next day before checking out they manage to open the lock, but it was too late. very bad experience I had in this hotel.
