The staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A special thanks to miss prashant sharma, whose professionalism and courteous attitude made my stay even more memorable. She went above and beyond to assist with any requests, making sure i had a hassle-free experience. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) mount amara, siliguri, to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

I stayed at mount amara Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) in siliguri for 2 days and 2 nights. The location was good, and the overall ambiance was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite. However, there were a few things that made my stay less enjoyable. There was no fridge in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The basin didn’t have warm water, which was a problem, especially in the mornings. Also, the room’s telephone wasn’t working, and even after informing the staff, it wasn’t fixed. The Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) has potential, but they need to improve maintenance and amenities. If they fix these issues, it could be a much better place to stay.

The Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall)'s location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby cosmos mall to reach out every necessaties. Hotel having their own restaurants. serving food with great hygienic standard within a few of order. Overall, I would highly recommend this Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) for anyone seeking a pleasant and convenient stay. with easy access to silliguri city". 

Experience was good the room was also nice and the staffs are very well behaved. But my only suggestion for this Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) is that they should have e rickshaw for the Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) coz the Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) is very far from the main road. But overall Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) and the rooms are very good.

It's a nice Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall). All the staffs were friendly in nature. If your are in siliguri for shopping then this Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall) is perfect to stay. All the popular market places are near by and can be covered by walking. Enjoyed my stay in the Mount Amara Hotel & Spa (Near Cosmos Mall & Planet Mall). Hope this will be helpful l for other travelers to choose there stay

Though lots of space is there to improve, still a good stay. Overall experience is good. Staffs are friendly, from reception to room service, everyone. I would like to mention few things which could be improved- 1. Rooms layout; 2. Mattress is little harder side. 3. Time for Food at room service, would be helpful if improved. 4. Last but not least, time for room preparation, should be improved.

best value for money property , had stayed cause I had work near by , they wr just too good to be true for the price !
