I was misled by the hotel's pictures and description of a deluxe room. When I arrived, the room was nothing like the pictures and was in poor condition. It had a strong cigarette smell, a broken door lock, and no towels. The room was not worth 500rs and had stained floors.

excellent stay with my family, we have been here for 2 days and the stay was just superb !!!! All the staff was great with the best cooperation especially front office lady miss Prashanti with very politeness and and great communication and house keeping staff Miss Nirmala . excellent staff
