I recently had the pleasure of visiting darjeeling for the fifth time, and once again i chose to stay at the wonderful mount conifer. It has become my go-to accommodation in darjeeling due to its exceptional service and comfortable rooms. However what sets this Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar) apart is the outstanding cooperation provided by its staff members, namely mr. Yow-an and ms. Nirusha. Throughout my stay they both went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their genuine care for guest stands out during every interaction. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to mr. Yow-an and ms nirusha for their exceptional service and cooperation during my stay. And i highly recommend mount conifer suites &spa to anyone seeking a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the spa facilities provided a truly relaxing experience. The Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar)'s culinary offerings left a positive impression, with delicious food options that satisfied your palate. The variety of dishes available must have been a delightful treat. It was a very good stay at this property. The smiley faces of all the employees gives you a very positive vibe throughout the entire stay. Specially loved the breakfast options in this price, as well all the service staff were too good. They hold the breakfast both the day for us, until we completed having our food despite of their closing time. The guy wearing blezer at the restaurant (may be manager) was too good in terms of behaviour and personality, even while he was speaking with his colleagues. And last but not the least mr. Bartender was so friendly. The location was so good, it takes max 10mins walking from the mall road. Having so many options in this price and at that place is quite amazing. Had a very good hospitality over here. Thanks to the entire team. Would love to stay again. (ps - the welcome drinks mentioned in the voucher was only tea as per the reception personnel, but not reached to us ever)

This was my second visit in darjeeling and decided to book this property. Firstly as a welcome treat they upgraded my room on my request which is something you do not see in other Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar)s. Rooms were clean, spacious, and full of amenities. The Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar) staffs are very humble and helpful. Specially mr. Yaw-an taming and miss nirusha pradhan made us feel at home by catering to our every need. They were available 24/7 at the reception to take our call and cater our needs. This is a property i believe, no one will regret to visit whether it be with your partner or your family.

It was a pleasant stay in mount conifer Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar). The view from the terrace of the Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar) is breathtaking. There is a bench swing made of woods in the second floor which can't be unseen. Our rooms were good too. However, the room we stayed in, the bedsheet had some stains and no slippers were there. Also, we got our ashtray ( small matka, due to shortage of ashtray)after almost 50 min despite asking it for 4 times (kinda annoying). Overall experience was great though. I would love to stay there again.

Location is good and near to the mall road. Ambience was awesome. We've been upgraded to deluxe on arrival. Service staff was good n hard working. Luggage was handled carefully during arrival and departure by the service staff. Cleanliness was good. Some suggestions are mentioned- 1. Bathroom slippers should be provided mandatorily as basic need and no one carries the same while on tour. 2. In view of darjeeling cold weather, room heater should be provided at free of cost as basic amenities. Rest, thnxx a ton for mount conifer for making our stay comfortable. Hope to see u soon.

This Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar) is near to inox. Rooms are clean. Their service is also good. We enjoyed their tasty food in breakfast restaurant staff are so welcome and nice additional attraction is their reception staff so curious to help staff is very cooperative and guide us properly for everything. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would like to come again. But this Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar) is not suitable for kids because they don’t provide room heater and no ac or even fan in room.

A good Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar) to spend time with family on vacation, location is very good as you can enjoy the mesmerizing view of mount kanchenjungha from the top of the Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar).

Nice Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar),rooms very neat and clean very nice location,near to mall road and Darjeeling Railway station.but hot is available from 7 to 9 in morning and evening,it should be 24 hours

Bhut accha app h very nice no need to confirm very nice attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds. But we managed on site. Steen laurvig very helpful l and kind staff. Good service. Front office staff yow-an taming was very hospitable and well behaved. Neat and clean rooms. Perfect for travellers to stay. Hotel at a perfect place near all good spots around darjeeling.

It was a pleasant experience staying at mount conifer, darjeeling. I would like to stay there again and again while visiting darjeeling.

The Mount Conifer Suites & Spa (Inhouse Nightclub and Bar) was located in such a great location. There was atm nearby, mall, fast food shops and only twenty to fifteen minutes of healthy walk to chowrasta. The staffs were good, hospitality was also good.
