Mount down Resort

Special thank to Mr. Aman - Manager .Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Mount down Resort. Everything about the Mount down Resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Property is great, situated down town of mt abu. Well connected with roads. Property is newly constructed. Staff requires training on hospitality. As there was many points which staff didnt knew and mentioned in booking information. Had pleasant stay had good experience. Hotel need professional staff to handle tourists concerns and quick check-in procedures to give overall great experience. 7/10. Cleanliness was good, toiletries was not provided, park, boon fire all other items were good.

I like the location and room size. However the hygiene and cleanliness was not good. There were bugs and insects. Also the bath tub and water taps were not in good conditions. Overall it was an okay place to stay for a night, but resort level housekeeping needs improvements.

nice property with pleasant environment, food quality is also very good and behaviour of the staffs is also good 👍 , mountain view from the room is unforgettable overall very good experience from the resort

Location is clear, food was great, services was unmatched and pool water was ok (not clear as it should be)

Hotel is good, staff are supportive. Mr. Achal & manish are good help at reception. Though, one suggestion, they should offer free water.

Excellent for friends group visit. Hugue space in Garden area. Room size big. Superb location. Near on Mount.

Stay was very peaceful. Behaviour of staff was very humble and the service was excellent. The food was delicious. I had a great time with my family. Looking forward to do more bookings from make my trip.
