Staff were courteous- toilet too, housekeeping poor, nobody cleaned it for 2n & 3D, No face towels , Food was decently priced- no sodas or ice ?!? Would not visit

the check in proceed was smooth and staff was incredibly welcoming and professional throughout my visit. the room was clean , spacious and well equipped with Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone kooling for comfort, comvenince and great service . food was good

The room was clean. Smooth checkin. Staff were courteous. And the breakfast was decent. All together I am happy with my stay and definitely book again if I visit the same area.

Location was good . Room was good but ac was not properly functioning. Food quality was average but good part is you are allowed to order your food on Swiggy or zomato . Staff was good and polite and also very cooperative. Overall good experience .

I was in chennai on a business trip for a convention at the chennai trade centre. On 7th and 8th december 2024. Hotel mount grandee is very conveniently located in this respect, at a distance of 1. 5 kilometres. The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful and offered assistance whenever asked. The rooms are very neat and clean and room service and housekeeping services are very prompt. Transport options are easily accessible. However, one area that leaves scope for improvement is the breakfast spread, which is very limited. The quality of food is excellent, but the hotel needs to add variety. Overall, a very comfortable stay, providing value for money

The room was excellent, however the washroom was really untidy. The reluctancy of the room service staffs and hotel management was really frustrating. The breakfast options were not at all upto mark.

I didn’t stay. I had asked to reschedule. I got a mail initially where it wrote that the stay has been rescheduled without any extra charges. Then a got a second mail stating the hotel has declined refund.

Rooms were like in the pictures but their complimentary breakfast & dinner is like worst. There is no choices of items only 3 items they'll call it buffet breakfast.

It was an excellent hotel in its class. Clean rooms, and restaurant. Swiggy and zomato delivery possible. Great experiance to stay in the hotel
