Mount Residency

I am a regular traveler and this was the first time I had booked this Mount Residency and I won't regret it ever. The amount Mount Residency is charging is appropriate acc. To their services.. Room was clean, washroom was clean and spacey, hot water was there, wi-fi was OK... Brekfast was there in my room in morning and was OK as only rs 100 was charged. Hotel staff is co-operative. If I would have to book again, I don't mind booking again.. I would like to thank Makemytrip for deal and Mount Residency too for their services.. Ps- I wont recommend this Mount Residency for couples...

The Mount Residency is very neat and clean. Hotel staff are well behaved. (They are comfortable in both English and Hindi), so even if you don't know Tamil still you can communicate with the staff. Online booking check in time is 12:00 and check out is at 11:00 (24 hours check out facility not available). AC and TV are working fine also they have hot water facility. Restaurant is not available but there are many outside eateries like Saravana House, MC Donald's etc. Overall satisfied with their service.

Room and bathroom is maintained very well. It's very clean and tidy, hot water is available in the morning. supporting staff and behavior is very good. A bit of suffocation due to less number of windows and there are mosquito in the night. They should provide liquid mosquito repellent. Location: Near to US consulate and bio metrics. Near by bus stop at LIC metro. Overall a very good Mount Residency in this budget.

Firstly it is a guest house and not Mount Residency. Furniture is worn out and the same with toilet seat etc. Even blanket was torn. In view of this tariff is very much. But the ambience is good. Staff is very nice, caring and most cooperative. These are from different parts of the country and present a National bouquet. Before making recommendations make-my trip must verify the details.

It's pretty rare I go for ratings or giving reviews but this time can't stop my self from reviewing this Mount Residency. If anybody out there looking to reside near mount road without any hesitation go book the Mount Residency. The staff is very polite friendly and helpful the Mount Residency is awesome would definitely love to come stay here on my Chennai visits.

The only issue is the narrow road which does not allow cars to go in next to Mount Residencys especially in the day where lots of bikes are parked. Other than, hot showers available and while no restaurant in the Mount Residency, the staff will arrange for good food from nearby restaurants. Staff are friendly and will advice on nearby shopping areas etc.

Room was very clean, facility was good, locality was also nice. Staff was very polite. Though the Mount Residency was little inside but it was reachable. Only problem that I felt was that lot of food items were mentioned on the menu however not all were available. Overall it was nice Mount Residency. Will totally stay here if next time I will visit.

I had a good experience. Rooms were clean and neat. The service was also very good. People who are applying for visa and other staff, This is the nearest location you'll have. Good Wi-Fi connection & quick response service from the Mount Residency. If you're alone then Single room is good enough or for 3 or more members the room will be small.

The stay at Mount Residency mount residency, chennai was excellent. All the staff members were very polite & service was also excellent.

Really nice room service, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is near metro so convenient to travel.

Overall experience was very guddd ... Everything was superb ... The food was very delicious specially paneer butter massala. Inever expected this dish but it was awesome ... Staff was very cooperative and helpful. I would love to visit again

Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and cooperative. Value for money considering prime location, Mount Residency is close to lice metro which is very good for commuters to reach any part of chennai city with ease.
