MOUNT RETREAT

We had a pleasant stay however there was a disappointment to check in as the manager took about an hour to receive us but we were checked in different rooms and continued to do so. Thanks to manager Manoj for offering us late check-out. Swimming pool was dirty because of rain thus non functional. No restaurant after 11 PM, no coffee and bed tea offered as mentioned. Room was spacious and very modern. Special mention to their bed as it's one of the best I had ever slept. Their charging sockets are loose for my chargers. I would recommend this property if you are planning to attend a family function in nearby village but not for leisure as it's still improving.

The property location and ambience was good. Staffs are inadequate but very friendly and helpful. Food is the main problem. There is only one cook and you had to pure order the food and wait for hours. Even complimentary breakfast timing was also very short. 9. 30 am to 10 am. No much options. I would say i enjoyed my stay as the ambience and the surrounding was awesome, but service wise i wouldn’t recommend. As it’s a big resort there would be a big expectation. But it’s not. I would rate the staffs excellent.

This is an excellent resort with neat & well maintained rooms. I booked a heritage villa for one night stay. Very good ambience and good hospitality. My kids enjoyed the mini waterfall and pool. Lunch on the first day was average. Breakfast and tea on the next day were really good. One drawback is that you won't get any mobile coverage but they have very good wi-fi connectivity across the resort.

Extremely well maintained property, easy to locate. The rooms are spacious and clean. The ambience is relaxed and quiet. Food is also quite tasty though menu has limited options and the timing of the restaurant is also restricted as staff doesn’t stay on property. So you will have to have an early dinner and late breakfast.

Spacious rooms and outdoor, room had basic amenities dentals and electronics such kettle. Kitchen and veranda spaces very safe staffs were pleasing, well maintained mornings complimentary breakfast was good and food were provided with been asked service convinced

Bit expensive property. But the service was good. Worth staying.

It was a very relaxing stay. Had good time with the family. Hotel staff provided amazing hospitality and were polite. Food was outstanding. Overall recommended for relaxing.

Wifi was not good no tv was working

Property is good with large, clean rooms and decent good food. However few little things could have been better. Intercom and cable never worked despite repeated reminders. The staff was very humble and responsive

Clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere. Room service is good. Comfy bed and furniture are comfortable too.

The place was wonderful. well maintained and hygienic. the staffs were friendly enough. I really enjoyed the stay!
