I had a great experience at Mount shadow Studio villa no.6. The staff was also very kind and polite especially room service guy and the chef. Would like to visit again with my whole family.

Terrible Stay

Terrible Food . Bathrooms are dirty and filthy . Morning breakfast was worst . stale food was served . This was my second visit to the place and I opted for a villa which cost around Rs 16000/- per night for 4 people . I checked out early even before time to avoid the bad experience . The place was good and the villas are beautiful but very poorly maintained . This was my last trip for sure Terrible Food . Bathrooms are dirty and filthy . We have booked studio appointment as per room size and cleaningness their charges 5800/-for couple and 2 children is very high rate... after requisition and they don't have any guest in the property they shifted us in big house... which was good... food was not good as per tariff they are collecting... staff was co-operative. I enjoyed my stay. Lovely location clean rooms and toilets with a great view of the hills. Quiet and layedback no disturbance or noise or smoke ot the city. The buffet to is good.

The villa is specious but not secured. Bathrooms are not maintained. Bed sheets has not changed. Different type are insects at the villa. So you feel scared. Good part- fiod was very delicious and the location of resort is super.

In our stay, power supply failed at late night 2. 00 am we change room but air-condition not work. Water supply stopped at midnight. Very third class management.
