Location was great food was delicious all amenities was there and the staff was very humble and helping

Room was good , cozy and best heating system available in the hotel . We really enjoyed our 2 day stay in hotel. The best part of Mountview hotel is location and the awesome view.

Fantastic! ideal place to stay when you are staying with your family. This place is centrally located and has access to the main Market with all the eateries in the vicinity. You can hire a taxi just outside the hotel and plan your trip to other places like Aru, Betaab Valley and chandanwari.

Excellent stay i am a frequent traveller in pahalgam and must say that this is the best property in the valley. I love the view of swimming pool you will not find anything like that any where in pahalgam. The staff is very nice. Mr Tariq, Mr zahoor and Mr Tahir have been helpful throughout the stay

This property is 5/5 the view is screne and Centrally located only property with river view mountain view. the only hotel with Swimming pool Food is fresh and tasty Staff is very polite especially Mr zahoor amd Mr Tariq.

It was very good experience to stay at this hotel. Nice rooms with amazing view of river and mountains.

The pictures were deceptive as of what we got over there the rooms were poor and the washrooms were not in a acceptable condition breakfast was okay staff was cooperative view was nice the only thing below average was the condition of rooms and washrooms

The Location is in the heart of the city and also by the side of the river with green lawn to spend the evening and also provide good food for the guests.

Less said the better, too exhausted from the poor stay experience to narrate the woes. Very poor service, hotel falling apart. The only good hi g is the location, by the river and the main drag. See attached pictures of the muddy hot water we got in the bathroom.

Horrible rooms , wifi does't work in heritage room and service was very poor not worth it please don't visit

Best location in Pehalgam. Everything managed outstanding. No words to say. It is worth to stay in this property.
