Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel We booked a family room but staff insisted we take two tiny rooms instead. After pushback, we finally got our family room, and it was immediately clear why they tried to avoid giving it to us. The room was in terrible condition. No hot water despite freezing temperatures outside, the electrical blanket didn't work, and telephone wires were detaching from the walls. Basic safety and comfort were completely neglected. We asked for slightly spicy dinner but received food so hot it was inedible after one bite. about our booking, dangerous room conditions in cold weather, and disregard for simple requests, this was an awful stay. .

Food was awesome 👌 but hotel Maintenance 20%.

Cozy stay, with heated beds. Hot water was available. no power issues. Breakfast and dinner taste was excellent.

it's a good property at a very nice location, giving snow capped mountain view of Thajwas glacier. Rooms are good and clean with a heating facility. The food is good but the pace of service is a bit slow. Overall this property is good to go.

My experience was not good. The hotel was not clean, lights went off many times, and the room was very small and congested.

very noisy, rooms partitions are wooden , night you can't sleep if next room they keep talking at night. very irritating water is not hot, beds are not good

The location of hotel is perfect. The food was yummy. The staff is so cooperative . Front desk Especially Mr Mudsir make our trip so easy and comfortable. The house keeping staff is so decent and cooperative especially Mr Bilal. Value of money . I highly recommended this property. I wish to visit again soon . Thanks every staff member of the hotel from the core of our heart .

Property is at great location. Nice surronding views of mountains. Stay was comfortable. Food is above average, could be improved. Room has heaters and hot water running.

I stayed alone at the hotel but despite of that the service and everyone there were too caring and the location is perfect you can actually have a view of a river and mountains and food was also good
