Mount View Heritage Hotel

After a lot of research, we booked this budget Mount View Heritage Hotel which had 3. 5 rating in mmt. We needed a Mount View Heritage Hotel just to stay. However, this Mount View Heritage Hotel stay truly surprised me and my family with the quality of services. Hotel location is beautiful(more like a resort stay) located at centre of the city. Absolutely calm and peaceful. Plenty of parking place(felt safe as well. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. Service has been just awesome. We didn't have to ask for anything multiple times. Friendly staff. Mr. Arun who is incharge is a calm and cool person. Staff was available any time. They serve quality and hygienic food as well( order in advance) at a reasonable price. We preferred Mount View Heritage Hotel food which we felt more healthier than outside food. In fact we extended our stay for one more night in this Mount View Heritage Hotel. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our 3 nights stay and for choosing this Mount View Heritage Hotel over others. This peace of mind also helped us to enjoy our trip at full extent. Absolutely value for money.

I recently stayed at the Mount View Heritage Hotel in Ooty, and I have mixed feelings about my experience there. While the room was decent, I felt that the interiors could have been improved to make it appear more like a heritage Mount View Heritage Hotel. However, the view from the garden was beautiful, unfortunately, the same could not be said for the view from the room itself. The bathroom, in particular, was quite spacious but the layout could have been better. I would recommend adding a bathtub, as this would make for a more luxurious experience. Unfortunately, the standard rooms did not have the option for Wi-Fi which was a huge drawback. Overall, I would rate the Mount View Heritage Hotel a 7 out of 10. While it has its flaws, it still managed to provide a decent experience. It is a good option for people who are looking for a budget-friendly option in Ooty, but it may not be for those who are looking for a more luxurious and authentic heritage experience.

I booked this Mount View Heritage Hotel for my parents after a lot of research. After reaching the location, my parents are in awe of the beauty of the location. My parents stayed for 5 nights and everyday they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The rooms were big. The ambience is great. The food provided is very healthy and hygienic. Their hospitality is excellent. The biggest plus point my parents had is the tour packages the Mount View Heritage Hotel provided. Every staff in the Mount View Heritage Hotel including the driver are very responsible and respectful. Overall, my parents had the best experience in staying at this Mount View Heritage Hotel.

First of all if anyone is planning to explore Ooty, don't search any of the Mount View Heritage Hotel book directly Mount View Heritage Hotel Mount view heritage suite room. It is very royal and awesome to stay. The view is awesome and it's from walk-able distance from Ooty bus stand. I have never seen such an awesome Mount View Heritage Hotel in my life. The Mount View Heritage Hotel serves vegetarian as well as non vegetarian meals. Breakfast is very tasty, specially onion dosa. They provide free WiFi as well as room heater. Must visit Mount View Heritage Hotel in Ooty. Thanks to all Mount View Heritage Hotel Mount view staff. Very helpful staff.

After reading some negative reviews on search engine, we were wondering whether the decision was right. Our stay experience at Mount View Heritage Hotel Mount View was exactly the opposite of the review. The location of the Mount View Heritage Hotel is pleasant and it was a nice place to spend your holidays with the family. Staff was helpful and prompt to address our orders and request. It was a nice place next to derby green. We got a gift as well from the manager. A small plant with a message to plant trees wherever possible. Ooty is awesome and mount view is the must stay place.

The location of the Hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is not much of a View and is relatively a small property with only two camp fire spots, We were not lucky enough as the other guests had already booked them, without this it seemed like a boring stay. No 24 hours hot water. We had booked 2 rooms for 5 members 1.3 occupancy and 2 occupancy, through MakeMyTrip, but upon arrival the staff informed that 3 members can adjust on the double bed and extra bed will not be provided, and if required we need to pay extra. Do not know who is at fault here.

At the first glance one will be amazed by the exterior look of this boutique Mount View Heritage Hotel situated very near to the ooty town bus stand. Kid friendly location and good view from Mount View Heritage Hotel. Rooms were spacious but lacks maintenance. This is an old british building converted to Mount View Heritage Hotel. Breakfast was good but options were minimal. Swiggy and zomoto will be available at doorstep and 10 mins walk to near by restaurant as well. Cons: need timely maintenance for the rooms and bathrooms.

Hotel can be easily located as its very close to Ooty main bus stand. The rooms in Mount View Heritage Hotel are quite barely big. You will get View of mountain mist and quite Ooty town if you can manage to get out of your blankets. By 6 am Atleast. The view is really awesome. They give complimentary breakfast. Good level of hygiene is maintained in terms of clean blankets, toilet etc. Hotel owner is very friendly person and will cooperate and extend whatever help you will need..

Location is good and very near to the ooty bus stand & also the railwaystaion, property in the prime location.

This is going to be our stay every time we visit ooty. Very helpful and well behaved staff. Awsome location

Location and room is clean, spacious and good. But poor service, have improved, should provide bathing kit and other basic need, nothing have been provided. Have to improve Restaurant, breakfast menu and other.

The property is at a very wonderful location rooms are very hygiene and staffs are very supportive, we enjoyed our stay and everyone loved it

The rooms and outdoor were really good. But the room service could have been better, hot water was not available all the time. Camp fire was added on additional cost. Overall the place was plea-sent and near to bus stand. No thanks
