Terrible Stay

The stay was horrible and coming to the staff they don't respond to the customers and no proper care towards the guest.. Coming to food part there was no food served to us and no in house chef to prepare food to us and they denied to all our request for food preparation...that was too horrible Coming to facilities there was no basic things like bathroom amenities and no water bottle provided in the room and to bath rope provided... Overall this was stay was worst and horrible.. The reason for this worst stay was makemytrip itself..as my previous stay was canceled due to problem created by the stay and makemytrip agents...

It is a great place. Secluded. No disturbance. We were a group of friends and had a great time. The only issue is that there are cameras facing the pool, which may be an issue for couples.

The service was good, staff was so kind and helpful, the place was always tidy, rooms were cleaned everyday and toiletries were provided everyday.

Can't get any privacy in this vila bad service from staf, food also not tasty. Staff was continued disturbing when we swim or seating out side
