pathetic hotel, dont beloved in picture

i didn't stay. what it shows in the picture. nothing is there. room picture it shows very nice and elegant, but in actual it's pathetic, no clean linens, very shabby bedsheets, bathroom not cleaned, no place to park the vehicle. you need to bring a lift with you when coming, as the hotel has no lift, only the office is at ground floor, rooms starts from 2nd floor and when asked they say complain to the travel partner. I need my refund.

i had this booking and arrived at this place this morning. i was looking for a 3* facility. the place is okay. but the linen are unclean and the room is on the 2nd floor without lift i rate this place very low and ask you to take note of this… please make sure that when we search for 3*, we should get the same facility

First of all i say your rate is terrible high. The hotel rack rat is 1200- only. You have charged 1800-. This is so bad b, cause you are one of the consolidator of travel and tourism industry. Kindly check the issue and revert to me. Room is not all clean and full of ants, dust and heater is not working. Ok thats all.

No disturbance, 4/5 cleanliness, privacy, checking in and out. Has good connectivity to auto stand/bus stop. Food and water is the concern as u need to go out in humid day. But hotels are not too far for a walk.

The property was not informed regarding the booking when i checked in the caretakers were wondering that i had a booking they told they did not received any information and the funny part is the hotel outside it is mentioned the packages only and i paid and the best funny part is advertised it is an apartment hotel with kitchen facility what i received as just a room with attached bathroom
