Location of property is not good. Reaching to property by car is very difficult. No food available after 6pm zomato not delivering food at property. We have to call local boy and give 200 rupees every time for delivering food or any other work. Toilets stinking, heater not good ventilation not proper. Overall it's overpriced property

Lovely stay. Pros - clean rooms with all accessories. Cooperative staffs. Proper family time can be spent here. Away from noise. Decent lake view. Good try for closed group or family ppl challenges- steep roads and 70p mtrs away from mall road. Advisable to have own vehicle for commutation. If we have own vehicle then the stay is leisure.

Beautiful property and the staff is very good must recommended specially if you are visiting with your family then do visit. This property is amazing to stay with group and family with a breadth taking views

We didnt get to check in to the property as the staff told us they didnt have our booking, the amount was already paid, we had to book another airbnb and stay there. Horrible experierience

All over it was good peaceful place, cozy rooms and very hidden type of place clean and hygienic must visit with family and friends

Excellent property if you are planning to stay at the property only, nice lake view rooms. But if you are planning to go to mall road and other nearby places, dont go for this property. Located at a very steep height and distance of around 1-1. 5km from mall road. You need to book local cabs for up and down from the property.

The apartment was good everything was perfect but except there was no electricity for 4 hours at night and there no water in one washroom.

My stay was good in this apartment. All staff very good and helpful.👍

Avoid this place if : 1. You have kids or senior citizens with you. 2. You don’t want to walk 1 km up and down at extreme steep height. 3. You want to save time and money. 4. This apartment has no heaters to make the place cosy and comfortable. 5. There is sewage just beneath this apartment and throughout the stay you will get sewage smell in bathroom, room and lobby. 6. Each trip down and up will cost 200 rupees so you will end up spending atleast 1000. Go for any hotel on the mall road itself it will give you more freedom to go to the mall road anytime during you stay. Only good thing is that, this place is well furnished and they have good caretakers, both caretakers are available throughout your stay. In summers you can definitely visit this place but avoid this in winters at all cost.

We were two couples and space of both the bedroom was appropriate. The only issue we faced was getting ready. As one of the bedroom was having dressing and mirror while the other bedroom wasn't. Although both the washrooms have mirror but one cannot comfortably get ready there. Staff was highly cooperative. Service available within 2-3 minutes. Location was good as it was near to mall road. It has lake view also. Overall the experience was good.

Hotel is 700 meter up hill from mall road l, all the staff and manager treat you well there is no problem for anything. Even during my stay there was little problem with bathroom they change and upgrade it. There is good quality food available with there tie up restaurant and you can use their kitchen they keep all the necessary and essential kitchen item like knife channa plate spoon gas fridge oven, place is really great

No water in bathroom and whole house first morning itself. Had to bring water in buckets from outside.
