Mountain Midst | Rooms with Balcony

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. We booked three rooms for a day, expecting a smooth and pleasant stay, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. Firstly, the service was incredibly poor. There was no coordination among the staff, and we had to repeatedly call to place our dinner order. Despite our efforts, the service was slow and unresponsive. To make matters worse, there was no proper service provided because the owner had a birthday celebration planned for the next day at the property. It felt like the guests were not a priority at all. Additionally, the room we booked did not have dish tv, which was quite inconvenient. For the price we paid, we expected basic amenities to be available and functional. Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of coordination, poor service, and unavailability of basic amenities made our stay unpleasant.

Very terrible hotel receptionist conducted is very terrible don’t like that if anybody come with 4 family i didn’t like this hotel and didn’t satisfied with make my trip. I was booking 4 rooms but receptionist told me i have no air conditioner room but i was booking 4 room with family when i am reaching 17/6/2024 at 1 am no response by receptionist. This night how i was sleeping. Please refund my money and make my trip customer care told me they can 5000 voucher for next time booking with make my trip thanks

Property location easily accessible, staff behaviour is good, food also good, just they do not have our driver accommodation but assured next time they will arrange, really 5 star experience

Hotel level is average inf-act not worth the price. The person seating on reception is not good in handling customer. He doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. Infact the person handling kitchen is way better. The amenities in the hotel is not upto the mark. The did not provide even sleepers. No dental kit. No amenities. No phone nos mentioned. They even charge for complementary water. Disappointed with the stay

I found everything great, but hospitality was at extreme level. Staff is too good and supportive. Location of hotel is bit far from place like mall road but overall scenes around the hotels are great. Santura devi is at walking distance. Food and cleanliness etc is awesome.

His attentiveness and genuine concern for our needs, especially when it came to our 2-year-old baby's food requirements, was remarkable. Mr. Rathore's dedication to making our stay unforgettable was evident in every interaction we had with him. He took the time to understand our preferences and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and activities that suited our interests. His knowledge of the area and willingness to assist us in every possible way made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Moreover, the entire staff at the hotel displayed the same level of professionalism and friendliness. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone ensured that we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and maintained. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The amenities offered were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I have spend great time in mountain midst.

A good place to stay little away from traffic of mussoorie and enjoy peace. Good rooms, good food, good staff. Family room has balcony but lacks view to mountains. But rather than staying in noisy n over crowded mussoorie with traffic jams for hours, it's better to stay few km away from mall road. This place is nice to stay n enjoy.

Really bad experience. Unprofessional staff. Manager didn't want to cooperate even for very trivial thing. I left my key with a friend who would come back the next day. The manager didn't even give me a duplicate key for 1 night. I had to call my friend back in the middle of night
