    Upon arrival the check in process was efficient & smooth. The staff was friendly & helpful with our requests. Room was spacious & well maintained with amazing view of mountains, tea plantations covered with clouds. One of the most amazing amenity was the modern water dispenser with 20 ltr of Water Can ( 3 temp modes), which you don't even get in five star Mountain Trails | Rooms in a Pool Villas. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Room service was prompt & reliable. Food quality was good with variety of options. Location was convenient & proximity to attraction ( Doddabetta Peak, Tea park & few other site scenes were within 6 kms of range). Great experience of Bonefire in night. Overall, my stay was pleasant, happening, awesome and I would recommend the property to other travellers.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at mountain trails resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is nestled amid-st breathtaking natural beauty, offering serene views and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and designed for comfort, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle of daily life. A special mention goes to pradeep, whose hospitality truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

    The property location was really great. Had my own privacy with family. Son enjoyed the small swimming pool More than that the hospitality of Mani the staff. Food was also good. My stomach was full wiyh breakfast 🥰. Little but multiple dinner choices 👍
