The worst hotel I have ever visited. The hotel is situated in the middle of Anachal town, not in any part of Munnar. There is no dedicated parking for the hotel, and we had to park our vehicles in a common parking area. The images of the rooms are outdated, and the rooms are currently in terrible condition. I had booked four standard rooms, but upon arrival, they provided only two standard rooms. The other two rooms were not what I had booked, yet they insisted that those were upgraded rooms The condition of the bathrooms was horrible, and they did not provide any toiletries. The hand pump in one of the bathrooms was leaking, and when we complained, they said they would repair it the following week. There was no hot water available in the bathrooms. One of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, but they denied it and did nothing to fix the issue. It is one of the worst hotels. Please avoid booking this place if you are looking for a peaceful and clean stay. The behavior of the staff was , and since the amount paid was non-refundable,

TV was available but was plugged out and no remote control. It's the ground floor of a commercial complex. Noise of cylinder or some heavy object moved on the first floor would haunt you throughout the day and night. C Basic room and bath next to the main road. Property was not that satisfactory. Food was good. Rooms were not as expected and the management and the facilities need improvement. We expect more professionalism from staff, so their behavior also needs improvement for the better guest experience.

I Am really satisfied with this stay. The hospitality and accommodation were amazing. The location was very nice and convenient. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious. They maintained the property very well, the room was clean and cozy. Definitely recommendable property.
