MOUNTAIN VIEW RESORT , CHAIL

We had a wonderful experience staying at the resort. We went with the whole family - elderly and children - and the property caretaker ms sangita took excellent care of us. We were given complimentary room upgrade since the rooms were available because of off season. Location - the resort itself is ideally located for a quiet stay and has wonderful valley view to offer. The approach road to the resort is a bit tricky for large suv but we could manage. Parking was in the open. Going by our own vehicle, it was easy to travel around to see the various places of attraction in chail. Ms sangita have us a general idea of all the places to cover. Food - the food was good and although the buffet wasn't available, the kitchen staff made sumptuous breakfast available for us in the dining area because we'd opted for breakfast in the package. It gets trickier to drive at night so we had dinner at the resort itself and they've a good range of items in the menu - veg and non veg. Maintenance & amenities - the property itself is maintained very well with spacious rooms and hygiene maintained. All the amenities were provided and we could call upon the staff of we wanted anything and they would help out promptly. Because of off season there were little presence of other patrons and that added to the charm of the property. Swings and basic play area for children was good although could use some more games etc. Altogether a pleasant stay for the family.

Excellent resort in chail for stay with family. The lady at the counter was very cordial and helpful. The MOUNTAIN VIEW RESORT , CHAIL staff parked my car in the parking space. The food was tasty and ontime. We had to check out early at 8 in the morning and avoided our complimentary breakfast due to hill driving. The lady in charge therefore made the previous night dinner complimentary. I would like to visit again the mountain view resort in future.

We stayed at mountain view resort for two nights and overall it was a very good experience. Check in was smooth, food and staff also very nice. The best part of the resort is it's location. Only problem faced was the disturbance caused by some loud people who were not with their families and creating noise. We would like to suggest that such office or other than family groups should be given separate rooms so that they don't disturb families.

Location is excellent. Surrounded by farms of carnecian flowers and green devdar trees. One can walk around with ease to feel the silence of the mo-hog valley. The morning view is really the best. The garden of the resort is beautiful. The staff is very humble with a great service oriented attitude. The resort is very nice for relaxation and sight seeing of nearby places like kali bar i ka tibia and chail palace( of 3 idiots movie fame.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family, the location is very good, parking space available, staff is vey polite and friendly, full marks to service, view from room is great. Room was very clean. We also enjoyed bonfire. If anyone want peaceful l place for stay, i will surely recommend this palce. Thank you sangeeta ji for your hospitality.

Amazing hilltop location, just 5 km away, on the road towardschail bus stand. Huge widespread of step hills in front of the property and the mountain view is mesmerizing from the balcony. Inhouse food is tasty and try the parathas) front desk madame was extremely polite and professional. Room was clean and well maintained, comfortable stay

An excellent family stay. Great view from all the rooms. Near enough to town centre while being away from the crowds and main road. Excellent food, tasty and hygienic. Neat and spacious rooms and washrooms. Very helpful staff and management.

Stay at mountain view resort was excellent and only 1 thing they need to improve is that increase in variety of food items in lunch and dinner. Staff was very good and humble.

It's a wonderful tour we have enjoyed. Property's location was easily found through gmap. Food was fantastic and tasty one.

Cleaning has to be up to mark - currently their was a slight gap. They should maintain proper clean environment. Lots of bugs and makari were their and regular cleaning should clean the structure

This is a very good property with all facilities and breath taking views. Rooms are huge and the food is delicious.
