Mountain View Resorts

From advertisements it creates an impression that it is a Mountain View Resorts to enjoy the Araku Valley and Tyda Valley but actually that's not true. It is far away from these places and at a godforsaken place. No connectivity, no security, no safety and above all no standard food is available. The quality is food is very poor. The service is almost non-existing. The toilets are not cleaned and the buckets, mugs everything is very substandard and uncleaned. All places of interests are far away not there is no arrangement to get proper conveyance. Unfortunately I booked for 2 nights but after seeing the condition of this Mountain View Resorts I had to curtail my program and I had to return after one night only sacrificing already paid amount. The entire experience is very much horrible.

Hotel is located at to a valley. Borra caves is 20km from the Mountain View Resorts and araku valley is about 40 km away from the Mountain View Resorts.
I had opted for one Jacuzzi suite for four adults for one night but the suite had only one double sized bed. The Mountain View Resorts authorities told that they could provide us with extra mattress but not with any extra bed. But since i had mentioned and paid for 4 adults at the time of booking, on requesting they provided us with 2 executive rooms instead of 1 Jacuzzi suite which was fine for us.

It's a good. Value for money place. They have given the address wrong, even message from company says it's Arakku Valley. We reached Arakku Valley at 8pm with my wife and four year old baby. Only to find we have to come back another 42kms. Since the roads and broken and narrow it takes more time to drive. This error caused 80kms of additional travel and 3hrsplus wasted with a tiring trip with family.

The Mountain View Resorts is on the way to Araku surrounded by a nice serene. Though it becomes tedious if one has to go to Araku and coming back to Vizag as the travel time goes up. Good Mountain View Resorts for a nice stay. Comfortable rooms with limited facilities. Beware of the water bottle charges. They charge it even if it is included in the tariff.

Food, location, service and everything is good
Resort is good, clean, no hot water availability(no geysers, only solar available, so very low availability of hot water, food is good, Mountain View Resorts should be known of booking information(ac, other access should be given after check-in is done, swimming pool is good.

Everything is perfect in the resort except the variety of breakfast and the dishes available we have very limited options there.

AC is not working at all they use to change rooms everyday and service is good and food is also good, all of the rooms which they shifted us AC were not working and switches TV remotes nothing has been worked well

Neatly maintained. Food is very good. Swimming pool is there for children with 2 feet depth, it's ok and a pool for adults is also there with a depth of only 5 feet. Service is good, overall satisfied.

The location was good, easily accessible. The surroundings and ambience was pleasant. The facilities were good and spacious. The food was good and staff was friendly.

This Mountain View Resorts is not in Araku. Its 2 hour journey from Araku Valley but the resort is very good. Delicious food. Good ambience.

It's a nice resort with individual villa type rooms and with swimming pool

Completely worth it. Cleans, fully hygiene and I suggest to other and my family numbers.
