Worst place and worst location not suitable to family. I didn't stay there. This was the terr able experience i have ever. Mmt should verify these type of stay before listing.

We booked an 3 occupancy room the room was not clean enough the bed sheets are dirty. Everything was so bad the total experience for this property is very pathetic and as per d room and services the prices are too high.

Not so good all its too height by stairs

More better room in some extra price approx 200- available in near by this hotel. I also change my hotel next day

The staff was friendly. The cook and the caretaker (deepak) provided good personalized meals. Rooftop dining was a great experience. Quiet area. Good view. Don’t expect much and get disappointed with the property. Enjoy the hospitality.

Poor quality room average room

This property does not have cook, they will not serve you tea in the morning as kitchen start at 8. 30 and sometimes 9. 30 also the person was busy in his personal work. Forget about lunch as the care taker is having other personal priorities. And worst is no food delivery system at this location. So if you are concerned about food and travel-ling with kids pls ensure not to book this place.

This was the perfect stay we've been looking throughout websites, it was definitely worth the money. We got the good view through t the valley and it looks amazing, the caretaker of the property is very helpful and responsive you won't have to wait for your request. Location of the property is good with similar distance from mall road to kasauli village. And we got good package which includes breakfast compared to any other property we only paid like half price for our 2 day stay. I highly recommend it to people who are free soul and to people who have lot of expectations then please be open to places because this won't disappoint you. I personally feel we should get a better deal so that we can spend more on travel-ling and this property definitely gives you that feel. Loved it. Over and out

For exact location call to owner, don't rely on map. Food order start from 8:30am and end time is 10pm.

The handles of room are broken, opens with just pressure of air. No curtain on doors, as several other guest roam around common area. The only to close room is to lock with key. The photo shows balcony with table chair to have tee. But actually it is used for movement of guest and staff, you cant put table and chair here for tea. Another thing is that if this is treated as pathway, it is brae-ch of privacy, room is totally visible from this pathway.

Rooms were good and maintained hygiene but they not listed the super deluxe rooms that have great view

Everything was good. Staff is really very supportive and you can easily find market area, monkey point, sunset point. Everything available at walking distance

They don't give me lunch, which includes in my room deal

Food was very tasty and specially it was hygienic and satff was very cooperative

Firstly, you need to climb 2-3 floors with steep stairs to access the property. The owner is too arrogant and least bothered with the bookings quoting 'i have 5 properties to manage & cannot look at every bookings' they did not provide extra bedding even though we booked for 3 people linens provided were dirty and smelled badly. Wooden furniture and fixtures looked like they had bugs and rodents due to water leakage from walls. Washrooms were ok the only thing that we liked was breakfast & it was delicious

Long and very narrow stairs, to get in to hotel. Room were good, nice view from hotel room. Toilet tape was leaking

The property location was great. There was a shortcut from the location to mall road, it took us 15 minutes to reach mall road. Food was all homemade by the staff and tasted good, totally worth the money. The staff's hospitality was just amazing. Both the hosts were extremely helpful, cooperative, adjusting and available all the time.

Property loacation was good, food was good specially a loo ke parathe and hospitality was excellent.
