Property is new and good and lovely. But services are slow. If we talk first about reception. The person sitting on reception does not greeted us professionally. And his personality and working behaviour was like he was sitting in his home and the Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria,Nainital cafeteria menu was repeating day after tomorrow same dishes was served and the Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria,Nainital location was far from tourist attraction places like nainital etc. And when we are doing checkout they didn’t pay attention to us. And didn’t showed any gratitude to us.

Overall good stay, lovely location and property, away from hustle bustle of city, one can actually feel close to nature, cleanliness and hygiene taken care of, all staff members were courteous, only negative point i felt was slow service maybe due to shortage of staff or because its a new property. That can be improved.

Stay was good and comfy. They have balconies attached to each and every room and the views from their was quite amazing. And also their food was very tasty and fulfilling. Overall a nice stay

Beautiful property with all basic amenities, staff is very professional and helpful. Owner was also in the property and is very helpful. Must visit place without a single thought.

Great place to stay, excellent location, away from the hustle bustle of the city. Some improvements can be made in their food prep, but overall it was a great experience.

Hotel staff is excellent, food was good also service was good only problem was shower had some problem water flow was not right.
