Moustache Manali.

We were looking for a hostel from where we can do a staycation, we found Moustache to be a good fit. We went there and found that the property is well maintained and the staff was very welcoming. The place is situated a bit far from the old Manali, so we had to rent bikes for the comute. This place is situated at a little height and there are no such tall buildings around so the views from the terrace cafeteria were amazing. We met Darshan over there, he is a community manager in Moustache, he became a really good friend of hours, we had an amazing time because of him. Everything is good but we had some problems too, the place is newly constructed and they still have some necessary assets left to install. They didn't have the power backup and during our 5 days stay on there was first 1 hr power cut and second a full day power cut. This thing makes staycation a bit difficult as you need WiFi to work. We traveled in the start of Dec 2024 and they said they have purchased the power backup but it will take a few days to be installed. So if this thing is resolved everything is pretty good in the property. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Manali.

The presidential suite is very good. The washrooms do lack the need for a curtain atleast. The in house restaurant is something i didn't like except for a decent breakfast as the food didn't taste freshly prepared or wasn't tasty at all when ordered in-room. Rest the jacuzzi is awesome, only that lack of hot water becomes a big issue sometimes.

View and location is good for this property. Only thing they need to have is power back up. This is like must have in Moustache Manali.s. Imagine being without power for whole night. Rest things are good. Hospitality is amazing.

Best experience as a solo traveller. The staff is amazing. The room is well maintained and very clean. Their services is also very fast. This is my honest experience. I am definitely definitely coming here again.

Hospitality was very good …if you are visiting Manali ..then you should stay at moustache …food , service , hospitality & rooms are super good ..staff was also very helpful …they made us feel like home

Good services and the staff is very cooperative and if we are unaware of anything they are too much friendly to describe and the rooftop and the view from rooftop is amazing 10/10

Room was good but no cupboard or almirah provided. Food was not good at all option shown in menu was not available. Staff is okay.
