MPT Champak Bungalow, Pachmarhi

Me and my friends family stayed in Champak bungalow for 2 consecutive days. Since it was all raining heavily for both 2 days hence most of the stay was inside Champak bungalow. The best parts of the stay were 1. Service and promptness of MPT Champak Bungalow, Pachmarhi staff, they are awesome when it comes to your smallest needs. 2. The quality and presentation of food is brilliant. 3. The preparation of few dishes was amazing delightful. Here I would like to mention the lemon coriander soup. It was so refreshing that even my 6 months old infant liked it so much. 4. We stayed in ac cottages, it's an amazing option if you want privacy, since they won't be any co-guest walking across your rooms and lobby area. Now a few things that could be improved. 1. Breakfast menu. It's not only limited, but it's also not very properly designed. It could be improvised a lot. 2. The MPT Champak Bungalow, Pachmarhi can include the dental kit as well as a laundry bag. 3. The quality of tea and coffee needs to be improved. But overall it's a brilliant and finest places to stay for refreshing, rejuvenating holidays. Full five stars deserved for the awesome hospitality.

We stayed in champak bungalow from 22 to 26th drc 2023. The property is located just adjacent to champak lake. The lake has many activities like boating, zip lining etc. This property used to be the residential bungalow of chief minister of mp. We stayed in heritage room which is very spacious and decorated with ethnic furniture. The outdoor is so beautiful that we used to sun soak in the lawn. There is swimming pool, gym and kids playing area. The food was very delicious. The gm, mr dhandotia was very nice and used to get feedback from guests for anything to improve upon. Each and every staff is so courteous that we would love to stay here anytime we visit pachmarhi. Highly recommended for comfortable stay.

This is a beautiful property with very nice garden and greenery around. You feel in the lap of nature while staying at this property. The rooms are also spacious and well equiped. The only issue here is regarding service. For any requirement when you call at their reception, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to attend. While checkin and checkout the bell boys are very prompt as they immediately stand in front of you expecting some tip but for other services the experience was horrible. Food was average with very little choice but staff at restaurant were cooperative and catered to your requirement.

Food was not that up to the mark. Repeated menu's found for lunch and dinner for some items. Have to bring more variety on food menu selection. Stay was pleasant, location was good and atmosphere was very scenic and natural. No driver room available at MPT Champak Bungalow, Pachmarhi which nowadays a basic necessity found in every MPT Champak Bungalow, Pachmarhi. Hotel staff was very kind and polite with their services. Hotel should try to include outdoor activities in their package to attract more customers. Overall experience for my stay was good. 4 out of 5

It was overall a fantastic experience to the only hill station of madhya pradesh. Through make my trip we chose champak bungalow. Property location is excellent, calm-soothing-stress free zone. All staff specially mr moi n (at reception) and mr rakesh (at eating arrangements) for their hospitality and making our stay comfortable. Food was delicious, rooms were clean and hygienic, swimming pool, lawn and walking track are available and in nice condition. Staff is prompt and ready to help. My compliments to champak bungalow.

This is a well located place to stay. The behavior and service of staff are excellent. The spread in the buffet is very good. Food quality is good and the readiness of MPT Champak Bungalow, Pachmarhi staff to serve requests (as Long as they are not too ambitious) is Worth appreciation. The MPT Champak Bungalow, Pachmarhi staff also gave good directions on how to look Around. The children's play area, garden, lawn, swimming pool etc are also very well maintained. No complaints on any front from me.

This place made my stay perfect in Pachmarhi. I had visited with my family (7 people) for 2 days. They have maintained the place very well it looks same even better as you see in google pictures. They also have rides and activities for children. Hotel staff was very cooperative and polite. We have checked out the room in morning and left the luggage there. In evening when we came back to collect luggage, they have provided us a room for changing. Overall wonderful experience. #Mustvisit

Good food and well managed facilities

Champak bang-low is very old, yet very well maintained. Trees are very old which gives beautiful view. It feels like relaxing in natural forest. Kids play area is also there with different swings and activities. Swimming pool also good with attached zim. Staff is polite and prompt. Food is tasty.

Property was excellent, food was also great, only thing missing was tandoor roti, naan. Negative rating for room service. Overall enjoyed the stay very much.

Champak Bungalow is one of the best resort in the Western part of country. A little bit costlier, but the food is included. So it is a nice deal. Food quality was amazing. Ambience was also nice. Children will enjoy here so much.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Staff were very helping, and provided good service. Rooms were clean. Food was awesome. Only negative was the monkey menace.
