Uniqueness: this is the only decent option to stay for tourists at amarkantak. Pros: tents are surrounded by flowering plants. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Service is prompt. Food is simple yet tasty, it is pure veg, hygienic and special requests are attended with a smile. We got our requests of jain food and without chilli also prepared quickly. Cons: hygiene: avarage. Rooms too small. Tents clothes are way old, need to be more thoroughly cleaned and we'll ventilated. Caustion: do not travel to amarkantak without a full time hired vehicle. It is very difficult to find timely and reasonable travel options. Mpt holiday homes is 1 km from main narmada temple. There is a steep slope in the road near mandir. Kalchuri temple complex closes at sunset so plan your visit accordingly. M. P. Travel plan caution: hire a qualified guide and self drive or else hire a full time vehicle or book your whole itinerary through mpt/ other reliable travel agency to show you around in mp anywhere as local people are not resourceful and local taxis and cabs are costly. At most places one way cabs are unavailable so you are charged a return fare at each point otherwise. Not to miss in m. P: sanchi stupa, water show at the garden near stupa at 6. 30pm and laser show at stupa complex at 7. 30pm. Plan your visit to sanchi such that you have minimum 2 hours at stupa complex which closes at 5. 30pm daily (it opens for laser show later at 7. 30pm. Hire a local guide to explain stupa complex. Bhedaghat dhuandar waterfalls mist approaching you view from rope way is amazing. View from opposite banks is not to miss too. Boat ride at bhedaghat hire 1 hour boat/ private boat for the best experience. Marble carving handicrafts at the stalls near boating site.

It was our maiden visit thus we were worry little about availability of food of our choice, type of available bed and more over about visiting to goddess narmada temple for ritual works. Our taxi prom pendra road station drop there. The allocated camp (tent house) was just like dream with all required facility. In front of that there was well maintained garden having different type of flowers. All the available foods in the restaurant right from breakfast to dinner were served like home prepared food. The distance of goddess narmada temple was at walking distance. And we really enjoy by confrontation with red color mouth monkey those waiting on the path to take some edible items. It was really a wonderful experience. After 3 days stay we have happily re-tuned with enjoyable memory. Thanks for make my trip support for this tour.

Pros - location and govt backed security which is wonderful. Cons : no quality on food and variety even price is close to any 5 star MPT Holiday Homes, Amarkantak in india. : maintenance on electrical appliances is not visible ( fans are showing sign of fall and visible sealing board materials falling during sleep, will share pics if required. Kids play area equipment’s are not maintained which was disappointment. Glass of bed side table was broken ( it must be removed before check in) hope above review is not a issue as a individual guest but in-general which if taken care, definitely will add customer satisfaction ratings high in future. We had booked deluxe ac room @ mp t holiday home amarkantak from 9 seep to 12 seep (3 nights. Due to cancellation of our train we could not reach on 9th night. We reached there on 10th morning at 10. 45 am and checked in. The manager and staff offered us breakfast though the scheduled time was over. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony over viewing nice lake and surrounding greenery. Bathroom was very spacious too. Food was good. Service was prompt and excellent. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The main temple of ma narmada is very close to the holiday home. Overall experience was excellent.

Superb ambience! lot of greeneries around. Clean place. Helpful staff. Manager mr. Sharma was very helpful. Food tasted all the same during our three-day stay. Rooms are ok in size but washroom is spacious and well-maintained. Each room has a cute little balcony that gives an excellent view of the mountains, a real treat for the body, soul and mind. The tents are also nice and spacious. It has a playground with lot of things like see-saw for kids to enjoy. Huge parking space. It also has a ayurvedic message centre, which offers a wide range of messages.

Mpt is one of the best family destinations for vacations. It is kid friendly and offers adventurous activities for children in the outside park. The location is beautiful and centered around major tourist destinations. The staff and cook is too accomodative and serves hygienic and fresh food for tourists. The campus is extraordinary for urban travellers. The network on landline is not available for room service therefore you have to call from mobile and i feel that can be worked out. Overall satisfied with their hospitality!

It was a one night stay the purpose of my visit was work + leisure overall this place was hygienic as always and the staff was polite the food was delicious it was a weekend therefore it was almost fully booked. I enjoyed my stay however. The complimentary breakfast should not be served as buffet it should be served at table instead. Cuz at weekends. The place gets packed with a lot of guests and the food gets over (empty buffet) really quick.

Food was good, staff is very helpful, location is very convenient as the holiday home is at a walkable distance from narmada temple. The resort is very calm and peaceful. However, a few things need improvement. 1. The gates of cottages do not cover completely at the bottom, insects keep coming through it. 2. One of the beds had moulds on headrest. Will surely give a 5 star next time if the above concerns are taken care of.

The stay was comfortable. The cottages had all the basic amenities and room service is also good. Breakfast can be improved. And for the price paid, it feels a little costly for the stay
