Full points for following hits: 1. Ambience: rooms are spacious well lit and have veranda h to sit out. Bathroom clean and neat with amenities. Plenty of hot water to suit the weather. 2. Staff courteous and helpful 3. Tea being served in room is good 4. Property is spacious with a garden 5. Serenity at its best so guarantees good sleep 6. If one wants to walk to market its near 1. 5 km 7. Daily towels changed and water replaced 8. Breakfast good with variety 9. Ajay their reception in charge served us well with information and helped us by guiding us well. Misses 1. I have stayed here before in 2018 amd that time the dinner preparations by the chef was too good however this time i felt that the chef has changed and didnt like the dinner food options. There were things like sauteed veggies which is more angrez like than indian and the taste was lacking i literally along with my family and friends could not eat much dinner while i stayed for 3nights there. They need to change their chef of night menu! didn't enjoy the food at all in terms of taste. 2. This MPT Karnikar Bungalow, Pachmarhi does not have a facility to order in restaurant for room service you have to eat at the nearby devdaru bunglow adjacent to karnikar 3. Service may take time at the restaurant

If you are looking for a quiet retreat with basic comfort, this us for you. It's so quiet, the only sound you can hear is of the birds. It doesn't have a kitchen- that is next door in deodharu, also an MPT property where you can go for breakfast. MPT has done a good job by retaining the old world charm of these colonial bungalows. Suggestions- the furniture is too ornate and large sized for the small rooms in karnikar. Also too dark. The bed cover and curtains should be traditional bag print rather than the heavy, dark polyester ones currently being used. Pachmarhi is an out if the world place and the best part is it has not been commercialized like Nainital and Mussoorie. Thank god, or the high court and the indian army for that.

The stay was good. We checked in early. If you also want early check-in, ask the MPT Karnikar Bungalow, Pachmarhi manager they will arrange it. The room was beautiful with antique furniture with refrigerator, TV with all channels, cupboard, tea kettles and most importantly room heater in winters. Large washroom with geyser and hairdryer. Food is average at normal prices. The food is provided from kitchen of other Devdaru Restaurant just 2 minites distance from it. So you can book the room in any of the resorts. Room service is good. They have play area. Overall good experience.

We had a 3 night and 4 day stay in karnikar bunglow. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the best properties in pachmarhi. The room was spacious enough, well equipped and maintained. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful garden. The place is where you can find peace, serenity, calm. Above all, all the staff were very polite, cooperative. Special thanks goes to anita raje. She was very polite, soft spoken . The food was delicious too. Thanks to makemytrip for smooth booking experience. Overall it was an excellent experience worth for money.

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. A room heater, kettle for tea/coffee and mineral water was provided. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean. The best part was the well behaved and cooperative staff. Each of them was extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely recommend this MPT Karnikar Bungalow, Pachmarhi for a good experience. Food and dining options are limited.
The staff were wearing face masks, sanitized poems were kept at the check in counter. Rooms had been sanitized and cleaned.

The property is wonderful. The entire staff is very courteous and helpful. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are nicely done up with all the facilities. Such a nice property and quite peaceful. They have spacious room with garden view. Currently their restaurant is under renovation but they are providing all the necessary things from the next mpt MPT Karnikar Bungalow, Pachmarhi and that's why i am not giving it excellent. Staff is friendly and provided all the help needed.

I booked this property for my parents for 3 days and it was a great experience for them. According to them, the staff was very cordial and polite, the food was fresh, tasty, homely and healthy. The rooms was spacious, and the housekeeping staff did a great job with cleaning and all. Overall it was a great experience.
