MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi

Generally. This is an amazing peaceful property with limited number of rooms, best for a group or family. Maintenance is good. They don’t serve buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner but enough variety and most importantly tasty. I have stayed in many properties better than this in terms of luxury but the service provided here is better than those 5- star MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhis/resorts. The attitude and promptness of the staff is exceptional and really deserves an applaud. During our stat they never denied anything. If you are planning a peaceful 2 day trip to pachmarih, i can definitely vouch for this property.

Rock and Manor is one of the best resort in Pachmarhi. It's located on a small hill and has excellent views from few of the rooms. The property manager Mr khan goes out of the way to make you comfortable and the entire MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The best part of the MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi is the quality of food. Whether you take any veg dish or no-veg it's just too yummy. I will highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Pachmarhi.

It was like a home away from home. All the staff members were very co-operative, supportive and helpful. It may be any time of day or night the support was immense to make our stay memorable and pleasurable. Served food was not like in any star MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhis but was of good quality with variety and taste like cooked at home. Rooms were big and comfortable with all amenities. Never felt like leaving the place. Will visit soon again.

First we were offered rooms. When they found we are four adults and do not require extra bed they suddenly decided to change the rooms to 5 and 6. These are comparatively smaller rooms. It is a small property having six rooms only. Food variety and quality is good. Rates are in comparison to similar properties are on higher side.
Old rooms need refurbishment. Ceiling fans shall be replaced with new fans since they are making sound.

Excellent property, nice environment, beautiful site, well experienced staff, top quality interiors, cleaned room and bathroom, very good space for family to spend the quality time, well maintained garden and plants. The accommodation rule should be changed for number of family members. Bers from 3 to 4. Four family member should allow in one room. It is practically not possible to a family of four members to take two rooms.

The property is excellent and the people are fabulous. They made our stay an excellent experience, they treated us like family and were ever ready to make us feel comfortable & meet our needs at the earliest. The food was very good, we had 3 kids and they helped us out of the way to meet their needs too. I would highly recommend the place and would love to go back whenever opportunity arrives. Wishing them the best.

This place is the best one to stay at in panchmarchi. The property is beautiful and the staff are some of the best ones in the industry i've come across. We stayed for 3 nights and it felt like not wanting to leave. The food they served us was simply incredible. More so because the warmth with which they served it. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.

The property provides a royal treat to the guests in the lap of wilderness of pachmarhi. The staff is very cooperative n is always ready to help the guests to have a comfortable n hassle free stay. It was a wonderful stay with great location and excellent food. The hospitality is top notch and very polite. They arranged bonfire for winter evening which added up charm.

I really impressed by the service and everything the way it's looks only thing I recommend that change all doors including bathroom and install the pressure pump to get the hot water with pressure in shower.

Room size was as compare to rate, room allotted to me in back Side. It may be due to online booking through make my trip.
