MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi

We had booked and stayed at rock-end manor, pachmarhi (7 adults + 3 children) from 11th april to 13th april 2024. The property is amazing and well maintained. Outdoor garden and play area/ exercise: very well manicured garden and all equipment well maintained. It's beautiful! rooms: spacious, clean and well equipped. All equipment provided was functional. Dining hall, utensils and washroom: everything was clean, well maintained and functional. Staff/ team: everybody was very well mannered, polite and prompt. They were kind enough to make adjustments to food as per children. Made very good arrangements for evening tea in the verandah. Very responsive to requests and guided us well on how to arrange for activities. Always checked with us on preferred meal times and ensured food was freshly made hot. On arrival immediately warned us not to eat or leave food articles outside room due to presence of monkeys. Food: freshly cooked. Very homely and tasty!

Over all good property with excellent service and food. Good thing about this property is their prompt service. Also the food quality is so good and they offer food of our demand in bf, lunch or dinner which is quite good experience to us. Just few thing we don’t like much. Property might be some old so rooms and other stuff were not advance and looks old. But still they offer full range of facilities like tea/coffee, bathing & cosmetic materials were so advanced and upto our need. Overall good experience and would like to stay again in same.

Highly recommended if you are visiting pachmarhi with family for a memorable vacation!

It was an awesome experience staying at Rockend, this heritage property with mpt is almost 130 years old. But so beautiful maintained, with cleanliness is appreciated. 360° natural view is mesmerizing from the property, green lush gardens, amicable staff, food, and all the other services gives the feeling of being special. If visiting Pachmarhi, should stay here..if you get the booking, as its mostly sold out!!

The rock end manor is a british era bungalow managed by mp tourism. The property has 6 rooms in total. The rooms are spacious with amenities. The shubham at front desk is helpful. The service staff let me mention their name mohammad rahi, rakesh tiwari, suresh and chef thapa provided exceptional service and hospitality. They provided us the food as per our choice and always ready to help us and assist us.

Comfortable stay.. Property is beautiful, nice and peaceful location. Friendly staff, well cooked and tasty food. Neat and clean. All amenities, better than several branded MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhis. Good job MPT.

The property was well maintained very neat and clean plus very spacious, the staff was very polite and helpful plus the food was superb just they need to have more variety otherwise it’s a perfect place in all terms.
