MPT Tawa Resort, Tawa

The resort is very well managed, food was awesome, rooms were clean, view from dam view rooms is amazing, service is really good at the resort. People working there are really nice. Only exhausting thing was the lack of management from mm t side, regarding a date change request. We wanted to postpone our stay by few weeks due to heavy rain alerts around the property on original booking dates and contacted mm t 3 days before as per policy, but mm t couldn't contact mp tourism and get it done. Mm t customer care executives initially confirmed the date change over phone, but denied the next day saying they couldn't contact the resort or mp tourism on phone or get the confirmation on email from them. Whereas we were able to contact the property and mp t offices many times directly, regarding the same request and they always told us that they are fine with date change. Due to remote location their internet was down and resort couldn't send a mail confirmation but they always gave verbal confirmation to us and to one of the mm t executive about the date change. Ultimately nothing was done from mm t side and they just gave excuses based on some technicalities. Luckily we were able to travel safely to the resort and back on the original booking dates despite heavy rain and thanks to the helpful people at mp tourism who guided us when we contacted them directly. Mmt should disable date change feature on their app for this resort as they can't manage such requests from their side. Personally i will never book mp tourism resorts on mm t in future due to their lack of connectivity with govt properties as happened in this case.

Wonderful location & beautiful resort, clean rooms & bathroom, well managed pool, no internet, only bsnl working. It's raining season & one can spend hours admiring mini islands, boats in dam's catchment area. Unlike mp t madhai where the food was good, the food is very average. Staff won't talk about all food items included in buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner. Like fruit juice, toast bread or any non veg items. Please ask for hidden food items.

Property is located in arms of mother nature where one can enjoy with family & friends. Best & worst part is - no mobile network - so one can enjoy being with nature. Pocket friendly property. Food quality is good. Overall must visit resort.

The location is beautiful and the hospitality is very good.. the best part is the food that is superb for vegetarians. early morning views, swimming pool, room, food, exercise tools... everything is nice and best ❤️

Beautiful location dam view neat and clean rooms with prompts service of mp t employees, testy food along with good quality and quality. Peaceful environment near by nature make suitable place for your vacation.

Resort is decent and far away from civilization, there is no mobile network, wifi works only near reception area, infinity pool is there for chill in summers. Fuel station is 22km away from resort

The place was really beautiful n the property is also very good. Food options are limited but what ever is available is very tasty. The staff is also very helpful n warm.

Staying at tawa resort was awesome. All staff was very kind and helpful. Ac suits dam view was spacious and neat and clean. Food was awesome.
