The room was acceptable, but the toilet had an odor. When I informed the reception, they only sprayed room freshener, which was not helpful. I was allotted Room No 219.

booked 4 bed in dormatory, checked in around 1630 in hotel. staff could not find key for hall. wait for 1 hour in lobby with my 70 years tired parents. than hotel staff told me he is unable to find key for dormatory hall and if I pay around 670 rs extra than he will give a 2 bed room for us. seeing condition of my parents I paid extra 670 and any how we passed terrible night managing 4 adult in 1 double bed.

MPT Tourist bungalow had smooth check-in and great restaurant with tasty food. Rooms are spacious and they provided extra mattress as they don’t have movable bed. Room amenities were not great and room service was decent. Location is perfect for visiting chitrakoot

Not Ideal for Families in Dormitory Rooms

The cleanliness of the hotel was decent, but there were ants on the bed. My mother and sister experienced ants crawling on them during the night, which was quite uncomfortable. I had to tolerate it somehow. If you're planning to stay here with family, I would recommend booking the deluxe or AC rooms instead of the dormitory.
