The location is fabulous, the tents are good, some maintenance work is required. The acs do not work properly & we had to change 1 tent & move to another. Food options are limited & even it is shown that allacarte options are available, the Mridur Resort By Spandan Holiday Homes will force you to take buffet & they will give "n" number of excuses to end up going for a buffet. Nothing is available nearby, so you have to depend on them completely. However the buffet was good, tasty & enough for all of the us. The scenic beauty was worth mentioning & this one thing is worth forgetting any flaws. The Mridur Resort By Spandan Holiday Homes staff are polite & helpful. Yes, 1 more thing, there are lots of dogs during the night & they will keep on barking & howling all through the night making it impossible to take a sound sleep.

Spandan Holiday Homes is at a less than 4 hour drive from Mumbai and perfect for a weekend getaway from here. Located on the backwaters of Vaitarna, the view from this place is surreal, with the water and the mountains all around it. It is not very difficult to locate with the help of google maps. The luxurious tents have all the amenities you need and a beautiful porch as well and make for a lovely weekend home. The swimming pool and the lawn are all so amazing. The food is great as well and the staff is very co-operative and provide prompt services, special mention to Mr. Atul here who is always there to help you out with everything. We had an excellent stay in this nature's paradise and would like to visit again and would recommend to others as well. Thank you.

1. Awesome view from infinity pool and sunset. 2. Food optiond are limited but quality is good. They will make any dish per your choice though. 3. Place is isolated from trimbakeshwar town so carry essential items such medicines, packed food, liquor, cigarettes, though they can arrange but it will be pricey. 4. Tents are good, do not expect tv, electric kettle, fridge. Tents only have ac, washroom with geyser, an additional standing fan and two table lamps. I think it's good to be minimalistic, who wants to sit and watch tv and ignore the view. 5. Prefer to visit this place only in broad day light as the road to this place is lonely and you will not get help if it's dark. Stay safe and avoid night travel to this place.

Nicely maintained tents, secured private property, well maintained pool with great view of the lake. Food was okay and had limited options. Moreover the location is a bit isolated hence there is no options to eat outside. Experienced extreme turbulent weather during my visit but the tents were able to hold up. Not much of indoor activities and you may end up staying within the tent in case of bad weather.The area lacks electricity but the generator could hold up throughout and hence didn't face blackout. Even ACs and geysers worked throughout on the generator. Overall a nice peaceful place. More enjoyable for a big family get together.

We have been to a number of resorts, but none could beat the ambiance and their property. Located around the Vaitarna lake almost seems like you're on an island far away with all the peace in the world. The service was also very good. We also received a good deal from MMT. Though the traveling is a bit hectic, all are worth it once you step into Spandan. Would like to revisit with family and friends. Book this without a second thought guys. Cheers!

The place is awesome the location is wonderful it's very peaceful n it's all nature Around u the location is wonderful the swimming pool is awesome only one regret is the restaurant please do not choose buffet because you don't get what is written in the menu make sure to carry your own food because you may have to be hungry or eat something which is not worth overall you would rate this place as a 3 because of the restaurant but the place is beautiful and maintained properly you said at least stay for 2 nights to enjoy the ambiance and rejuvenate yourself.

Location is isolated from the main town, peaceful and serene during evening and night time. Food options are very limited but is decent. Service had many faults like power fluctuations inside the room, faulty bed, incorrect food billing etc.
The location is pretty isolated with a beautiful view of the vaitarna reservoir. The issues we faced were with respect to the room service essentially which was noy upto the mark, power continuously kept fluctuating inside the room, the double bed was a faulty one, the food bill had many incorrect additions etc.

I stayed for 3 days. Things I loved is location, peace, staff members, food. Things I disliked is maintenance of the amenities, room maintenance and servicing. The insects and creatures inside the tent that creep in due to the jungle area round. The availability of food items or basic amenities as the location is too isolated. The lack of proper availability of electricity. The power tripped every now and then due to heavy load. Don't miss the sunsets.

You will just not find a better location in and Around Igatpuri than Spandan. In fact, the property is about half an hour away from the City and bang on the bank of Lake Vaitarna. The views from the luxury tents and the swimming pool are just stunning during that time of the year. The food is simple but tasty. The tents are clean and spacious not luxurious, but better than we expected it to be.

Property was good. But electricity problem was there approx 15-20 times power loss was there.

Everything was good and staff was good too. Only issue is nuisance and harassment by 5 street dogs which Mridur Resort By Spandan Holiday Homes management is not taking care off, as those dogs keep moving freely inside the Mridur Resort By Spandan Holiday Homes and drink water from swimming pool and also create mess for guests.

Best place for its scenic view and silence amid-st the nature. Away from chaotic life in the city! very prompt service from the staff. Privacy and security maintained! delicious food available!

The view of resort is amazing only con is food option menu is limited. No dental kit and drinking water provided in rooms

The Mridur Resort By Spandan Holiday Homes has a beautiful and sunset view is mesmerizing. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. However due to its isolated location, food quality and options are average. A very good place for a peaceful. Weekend.

You can not find a better location than this if you are looking out for a peaceful stay with your closed ones. Swimming pool is placed at the best location just adjacent to the Vaitarna River and where you can experience a great sunset. Bathroom needs improvement shower and faucets need to changed and the flow of water is pretty low.
