the property located near the railway station in walkable distance. no food available in this hotel but there are many more restaurant.

Hotel staff is helpful. Hotel is clean and good. Lot of mosquitoes which the hotel staff cannot help with. It was a good stay for the amount i paid

Rooms are very small and dirty. There is no ventilation in room. Toilets are small in size. Drinking water not up to standard. Not recommended for others.

Title: disappointing experience at mars residency i recently stayed at mars residency through makemytrip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment of check-in to the time of departure, several aspects of the hotel fell short of expectations. 1. *poor hygiene standards: the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were stains on the bed linens, and the bathroom appeared to have been hastily cleaned, with lingering odors. 2. *lack of amenities: despite the listing indicating amenities such as complimentary toiletries and wi-fi, these were either unavailable or of poor quality. The toiletries provided were minimal, and the wi-fi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. 3. *unprofessional staff: the staff members seemed indifferent to guest needs and lacked professionalism. Requests for assistance were met with apathy, and there was a noticeable lack of courtesy in their interactions. 4. *maintenance issues: the overall maintenance of the property seemed neglected. From broken fixtures in the room to malfunctioning equipment in the common areas, it was evident that upkeep was lacking. In conclusion, my stay at mars residency was a disappointing experience marred by hygiene issues, inadequate amenities, unprofessional staff and maintenance issues. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements to enhance the quality of service provided by the hotel.

No ventilation in room if windows is open so many maskito coming tv is not full screen and night not sleep.

The room service guys wants money but rooms are not upto the pay. They couldn't even provide a proper blanket for our cash. Sometimes they forget to turn on A/C when we try to inform them the phone was not working, remember it's 4:00 am I came to check in and needed to wait a long time for them to open. But they will call us immediately when we book a room enquiring when we'll arrive, I don't know why? Anyway it's such a waste of money and time. 🥲

Bathroom was like a cave. No place to stand also properly. Tap was leaking 24 hrs. They are saying deluxe room and giving 2 separate single beds. Platform is better then this hotel. You can't sleep as there is full traffic noise 24 hrs
