Mrugavani Resort and Spa

Staff and management are good and available at all the times. Celebrated wedding anniversary request management to check temperatures and keep sanitizers at rooms and keep sanitize whenever room is cleaned washroom geysers and showers are not so much good in lagoon cottage. Except that spa is awesome, food is excellent and best in mrughavani. Request management not to give rooms to bachelors, as they were disturbance but later management stopped them. I really thank house keeping people who are keeping room good and excellent service and they are not even asking tips. Really good job by house keeping service. Thanks to them. Very friendly. Will definitely visit with children again. It's a good place for marriages, reception, and parties and special occasions like anniversary and birthday. Overall the experience was good. However, the Resort is very very small. It's located next to a deer Park on the other Side of a highway. Hence, at night, you can hear the cars honking on the Road (sorry if you thought that you would hear the deer at night) it's not a good choice if you are trying go away from the city's hustle bustle for a few days. The place is crowded And loud. If you are looking for an outing with a group of friends or family in close proximity of the City then it will serve the purpose. Not recommended if you think you will be able to connect with nature And yourself in the calm And peace of this place. PS: they also rent this place for anniversary, birthday celebration etc. In such occasions they play loud music till late night.

The stay was fantabulous. Had a really good time. Friendly service. But, one thing bothered me so much with my lagoon cottage (3members). Since we booked the room for 3 members, a small foam mattress has been laid on the floor with a very thin rug while it is cold outside. This is something very unexpected from the Resort. I would rather take And pay for a room (2 members) And pay for additional mattress instead of spending money over the room for 3. I really want someone to respond to this. I even tried asking at the reception the cause of this kind of pathetic treatment for the room for 3. Thanks!

Very quiet and small when compared to the overcrowded premier resorts in Hyderabad. But just what you want for a surprise change credible food quality in both the available restaurants although it did try when they don't arrange for buffet even breakfast when the population is very thin but can't blame them for that.
Good, spacious, neat and well little room with all basic amenities available. Only slightest problem we faced was the hot water not really readily available all the time. Was available by next morning though.

overall a very good stay but there is a foul smell due to the horse riding and polo club adjacent to the cottages, the smell increased in the night, cleanliness of premises is little bothering there is litter strewn around in the plants and bushes near the cottages, food was good and reasonable pricing, rain dance, the main pool, pool behind cottages, children playing area and games, overall layout and ample parking space and close vicinity to mrugavani national park and chilukur.

We stayed for one night with my 2 yrs old kid. The rooms are good but we had try hard to lock the main door as well as bathroom door due to the expanded wooden doors. This might be due to the weather where the wooden doors create issues like that. The food was awesome and the quantity was also good. Tea was great! My kid loved the swimming pool that is well maintained. They have swings hanging over the trees. Overall feel good and nice experience for us for one day stay.

The property is well maintained and staff is very courteous, hygienic and caring for your safety and hygiene too! the food at the restaurant is very good but complimentary breakfast spread is below average. The lagoon rooms are the best part of the Mrugavani Resort and Spa as the attached pools made mu kids happy. If we hadn't gone for these rooms then there was no other activity at the Mrugavani Resort and Spa due to covid tines and national park was also closed.

The stay was wonderful and memorable and the location is something to be experienced once in a lifetime. Food was "the best" and the service, hospitality, care personal touch provided by mr. Santosh - manager and and mr. Suman kumar - f&b manager was something un-forgettable and highly commendable.
They followed all the who and govt. Norms to maintain the safety standards.

Resort is situated outside of the city and it is very peaceful. Staff was really helpful. Breakfast buffet has good number of varieties with fruits not healthy drinks. Which is really worth for money.
