The stay at ms r residency ariyalur was very pleasant. The property is at the prime location of ariyalur where you can easily access auto, taxi and public transport. The property is so neat and clean and the are maintaining the hygiene standards. The staffs are so polite and served well. I am sure that this property is the best for both family and bachelor accommodation. I went in my car and they have a huge and safe parking space.

The rooms are neat but the bathrooms are not properly maintained and is too narrow to use. There is no water heater or washbasin. Water leaks too.

Bad treatment by the hotel people room is very conjusted basic facilities like toothpaste, soap are not available. Drinking water is also not provided upon request since the room is booked through make my trip. Ac is not working properly. When i questioned, hotel owner asked me to cancel my booking and vacate the room at 10pm which not possible as i was staying alone. I made a complaint to your customer care at the same time. But there is no update or communication from makemytrip to me. Overall its very terrible experience.

Room was neat and clean. Toilets also maintained neat, but the amount paid was on the higher side no complimentary break fast too. No television, no bath accessories like soap and also no drinking water provided. These all can be improved for a better stay. Thanks
