MTDC Aurangabad

I have recently visited june23 and this is genuine feedback. The property is excellent and just 500m away from railway stn. Huge property. I booked luxurious suite and the room was amazing big. It has a living area and bedroom. Very spacious and reasonable for the rate. I m sure you wont get any other property at this rate. All is good with the property cleanliness 8/10 location 8/10 management 8/10 now coming to meals, do not eat at the property. The complementary breakfast is pathetic. J mean how you not even make bread or a simple sandwich. Poha and up-ma is so bad that me and my family just had 1spoon and we got up. Second day my kids refused to eat the complementary breakfast and we ate out. There are good veg restaurant close buy like kailash, sindhi and punjab, and few more. Overall, good property but food is bad

I travel-led with my family and we went for 2 standard ac rooms. Our stay was for 1 night. The checkin was quick and generally services were good, staff is polite and helpful. The rooms were well sized and clean. Washrooms were clean and odourless. Geyser worked well in both rooms. The building housing the standard ac rooms is beside the main road and does have high noise levels. The restaurant serves decent breakfast. We went for dinner outside of the campus where a lot of options are available for meals. The campus is large and right in the middle of the city. Ample parking space for those who are travel-ling by personal vehicles. It is very close to the railway station. Overall we are happy about our 1 night stay for the price point.

Don't judge by the fact that it is operating by government. It is an excellent choice for anyone who wants an affordable stay. A big advantage is that it's located very near to railway station so that makes it easily accessible. The rooms are good and pretty spacious especially for deluxe category. Their luxury suites are so spacious, one of those could be easily mistaken for a 1 or 1. 5 rk flats in mumbai. Standard rooms are a bit okay. There is no option of complimentary breakfast or lunch or dinner but they have their own restaurant with decent quality food at affordable price. They also have a nice garden and very large area to park vehicles or even a big bus. Overall it's a great place to stay and i am impressed.

We booked for 2 adult 1 child but could only go as 2 adults due to some prior appointments. Room is old, but was clean. Also room was spacious. 3 beds were provided as we had booked for 3 people. This facility needs some painting and renovations. But is a good place to stay at this cost for a short time. Close to railway station, good area in city and lot of restaurants nearby. We did not eat at campus as breakfast dinner both were not included in booking. So don't know about food. Tea was good.

Lot of different types of rooms. Would say above avarage. Rooms are big in size. Washroom is spacious. Room cleaning is good. Staff if very polite and helpful. No bus for ajanta leaves from mtdc resort as that use to happen before covid. Kailash restaurant is good, but due to low staffing you have wait a bit for your order to come. The food is clean and tasty compared with outside MTDC Aurangabads food. Restaurant is non ac. There is a huge green ground and plenty of parking space.

The stay at the mtdc aurangabad resort was nice. It is a simple, govt. Run establishment with clean rooms and clean washrooms. Enough parking is available. A small lawn with swings is also there. A well stocked restaurant exists, just a little short staffed, so waiting times may be a bit long. They also have a small handicraft emporium, that sells authentic himroo sarees at reasonable prices. Good place to visit. Friendly staff and a couple of cute friendly dogs as well. No

Clean & comfortable facility. Quality of food & service in the restaurant was excellent. In present times when yoga has become way of life, they should keep accessories like yoga mats for the use. Water pressure in showers need to improve. Basic room service for tea & coffee is essentially required. Bedding quality needs improvement specially pillows. Response of reception to customer call from rooms was very good.

Well maintained, spacious rooms, courteous staff, got more than expected in terms of accommodation, hopefully mtdc maintains the standards at all locations. Food is overpriced. Staying in the southern part of india i have never paid such high price for simple food like curd rice, was stunned to see that a bowl of curd rice costed rs. 200!

Neat and clean place. Breakfast was not included in the stay so we bought and it was tasty. It has nice open garden with good amount of grasses and greenery.

Must stay. Don't go anywhere else this is the best package. Spacious room, park for children, parking, just 500 mts from railway station.

Location is best only 5 min walking from railway station & ample big spacious room even garden is big so family can roam around. Food has less options so better 2 consume food outside. Amenities & services are good.

If planning to travel with family this place would be most suitable due to its location and proximity with other local tourist spots. Restaurant can be much better with food options and its availability. Overall a nice place to stay with reasonable price.

Good stay for single day visit

The rooms are under renovation. They should be fairly good once renovation is finished. Service slack, with no electric kettle in the room and no drinking water. Everything has to be asked for. However, rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is no frills.

Stay was pleasant. Room size was big. Staff was courteous and cooperative
