MTDC Bhandardara

The location was a perfect getaway from the busy town of Mumbai. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. We visited in the month of February. Though no waterfalls in this season but the boating in the lake was a memorable one. Food options were limited but had a good taste. If visiting in summers, select a lake view delux AC room. Recommend for a family outing. You have a TV, fridge, water dispenser, kettle, wardrobe, digital safe and geyser available. Would request the MTDC committee to keep tea/coffee/sugar and milk sachet in room along with the kettle. Star gazing for astronomers is a bonus. Planning to visit again in rainy.

Everybody knows mdtc properties have the best of the locations, but this one has the best i have experienced we had booked the lake view special room and were in 401, which offers stunning views of the lake and mountains beyond. Room was very spacious, basic decor, but clean. A clear shout out to the service that was impeccable. Efficient, accurate, and with a smile on the face. Boating point is walking distance and all other viewpoints in bhandardara are 30-40 mins last but not the least, the food was really good and at a very reasonable price. Chicken hand i in black masala and egg masala as well as a loo paratha were the highlights for me

Great location, good rooms, clean premises, good food, v. good service. Initial process of taking us to room alloted and explaining the things can be improved, so that we don't have to keep calling reception/restaurant to ask things. One leaflet explaining services provided, timings, etc. can be maintained in each room. Menu card is being kept anyway.

The location is superb. The view from the balcony of lake view rooms is awesome. I will certainly recommend this place to stay. Even the food quality and service is good. The room service and food quality is above expectations. Overall it was a nice staycation.

Hotel has fantastic location. One of the highlights of my stay was beautiful balcony view, it was perfect spot to watch the sunset. Rooms could have been cleaner. Another downside was the lack of wifi in the rooms. Food was okay.

We stayed there for one night in dec2024. Location is awesome, person at reception is really friendly and provided all the site seeing details. Highly recommend everyone to stay here, its right there on banks of dam

The room had a great lake view. Service was excellent. One of room was extremely spacious but other was a bit cramped but meet the purpose. Overall the stay was comfortable

The location of the MTDC Bhandardara is very good. And the room was really nice and clean for deluxe ac suite but the standard room needs a bit of cleaning.
