Rooms were decent, spacious. However the ambience was very bad. The roof was having seepage and fungus because of that. Hotel exterior was very poor, shabby and unattended. Staff was very limited and hence couldn't expect much service. Food quality was bad no hygiene. Overall very disappointing

Property is old. Not msintained properly. Staff is helpful but they have no rights as everthing us cintrolled by mtdc. Foid is good. Loaction is good.

Hello, I have stayed in MTDC earlier as wll but this has been the worst experience. For the cost charged this was not worth it at all 1) poor hospitality- train your staffs well - this is important to bring back the crowd or spread the message. This is how simple it is & how can you miss this point 2) limited breakfast options ? Only in this MTDC and they decline to serve tea even if we wish to pay?? 3) towels were unhygienic.. 4) it was the most expensive stay and the worst experience.

location wise it's very interior village area. not easy access if u hv own car then go ahead. Service and Property is worst . the building is in worst condition full of dams n broken walls. inside the Property road are Terrible condition most of the rooms are not functioning. Food is gud 👍 staff of kitchen are not doubt gud people . but room services are not available No wifi and poor network. no easy access to beach. rest is ur choice thanks

Property is badly managed, only good part was the cottages (though badly maintained, but good view from the balcony) have been closed down permanently. Some people at the nearby restaurant outside property said doesn't pay for maintenance It's one of the best locations in the area, only if it was managed well. Trim the overgrowth, tile up the walkways, do up the restaurant so people actually feel like spending time there and DO UP THE ROOMS.

Food was good and amenities were good. Ambience was helpful as well. Just that there should be free wifi available

The hotel is located at a very vast property. Maintenance of the rooms needs to be done. The food was clean and hygienic and the staff was very cooperative. Cottages are located though at the center of the property but were looking very deserted.

We really regretted going to MTDC. They had done pest control in all the rooms, and the entire room was smelling. It was causing breathing problems." Food was excellent but really service was wast. 😓.views, from the sea side superb. But coz of pest control whole day was wasted.

The rooms, bed, bathroom were stinky. They are showing pictures of cottages but none are functioning. Terrible condition and charging 2600 for 1 room. Worst experience

The sliding window lock was not working..kind of safety issue since anyone can enter from ground floor balcony.

MTDC Harihareshwar needs to be cleaned properly, rooms are not proper , etc .. overall it’s horrible

Too many mosquitos with no proper cleaning. When there is power cut, there was no backup as the place is too humid.

The hotel rooms in such a bad condition that we haven’t checked in and prefer to bear the loss of booking amount. On arrival we searched another hotel and checked in there

Not in good condition for the price cost. it looked like abandoned place. worn out paints on the walls. We do not recommend mtdc harihareshwar

Location is Great,but facilities are moderate.Food quality is Good.Need to take serious action facilities or you may loose customer.

The location was so beautiful. staff behaviour is also familiar. The restaurant's sea view was awesome. it was clean and hygenic.

Absolutely terrifying experience we had. The property is nothing short of a haunted place. These images in MMT is 360 degree contrast to the reality. You need to walk 1 km to visit the deserted restaurant where there’s no choice of food. They don’t serve even tea at your room. Rooms are not cleaned and stinking. We have had such a bad experience that we didn’t even spend 5 hours there and had to check out.

Property not in good shape.. No range for airtel, wifi facility not available.. restaurant menu very limited and located far away from Executive room.. overall 3/10
