MTDC Karla

Dear sir/madam We had booked special executive cottage Ac at mtdc Karla Maharashtra We were 4 people . We booked two room and single room showed one bed and 2 occupancy. We had our kids with us. In resort we saw there were two bedrooms in a cottage and big enough to accommodate family and 4 people occupancy We paid, instead we could have managed moreover our kids were moved to nearby cottages far which caused lot of inconvenience for us That was so unprofessional. You did not take pain to confirm about rooms. They couldn’t help us with refund. So kindly see to it. We would love if you refund our money of extra one room. Regards Shibu Paulose

It's a value for money property, all other places in lonawala are expensive in comparison to this place. Government can do better at maintenance but overall you don't feel any inconvenience. Property is old and bathrooms are clean but not luxurious like modern day MTDC Karla bathrooms. It's a great place to stay if you are planning a trip to lonawala, where you will enjoy day roaming around and need a clean and comfortable stay for nights. It's not a typical resort experience where you feel serenity or rejuvenation. Food in restaurant is really good, i didn't expect it that way, staff is polite and helpful.

The location was superb with indrayani river just flowing 2 min from our room. But the rooms were decent and needs proper maintenance. There are no scrubbers to remove excess water from the bathroom floor and hence it was slippery. Food was excellent. Overall a satisfying stay

mtdc karla resort is very good nature resort. independent bungalows, surrounded by gardens & on the banks of indrayani river make the holiday unforgettable. it’s very near the highway but very quiet surrounding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was great service and amenities were fine but the weather is faking best with the greenery and the location is also one of the best been going there since 2006 and before that my parents too used to go there

Very pleasant stay and weather. Excellent ambience. Very good resorts. It's worth to spend money with such green area.

Very bad stay. Food was ok there were no amenities. No water in the river for boating. Not hygienic at all

Property is good, but for your knowledge geyser water was all mix up with soil mud, may be due to long time not used

Mtdc resort has good basic facility with lot of space to walk around with minimal dedicated staff facility is managed well

Stay was pleasant, very peaceful full. Nature over there is so beautiful with a lot of greenery. Recommended

Very pleasant atmosphere due to trees and very much cleanliness in the area rooms also very specious and also service also good at the reception.
