Best food service is also good fast I just had one complaint they should change their blankets and bedsheets nothing else . Otherwise best stay .

terrible stay. we had to check out within 6 hours. rooms were good but TV was not working. we asked reception to recharge but they didn't take any action. play zone was under renovation. restaurants did not provide whatever ordered which was mentioned in menu card with reason they do not have anything due to renovation. Basic breakfast items Idli Dosa was not available. paneer tikka was not available.

location wise very well and room cleanliness was good. We reached at late night but couldn't find any difficulty in check-in.

Stay was good, safe for women and regarding other facilities, it's a green flag. I had only one discrepancy regarding gadgets. As there were no spare mobile charges in the hotel. Rest all fine

the staffs and rooms are very clean. they were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. overall a very good experience

Not worth the price being charged per night . Rooms are not at all maintained and all the walls are torn off . Blankets and beds are in horrible condition . Bedsheets that were put were also torn in few places .Very few breakfast options . They don’t even keep jams for the bread for kids . Every staff including receptionist housekeeping and kitchen service appears to be highly demotivated to provide any service . Well the hotel do provide room service and room clean up on requests . Bathroom geaser seems to be of very poor quality as we had to wait for 10 mins to get hot water after every one min of output. Food options are also limited , they done provide any tandoor items like nan roti even though it’s mentioned in their menu .

Staff behaviour was rude, . Services are too bad , not maintain the hygiene.

Property not in good condition, blankets very old , used, without cover. Food very basic. Staff is ok . But was accessible to nearby markets and girls hostel.

Terrible staff, unhygienic conditions even the general compartments of the Indian railways are far better than this stink hole. Breakfast is below average.The only life saver here was coffee and the navi mumbai weather!Terrible hotel and staff. Cleanliness 0, Stinky, very limited breakfast options.

Get lost

The mattress condition was very poor. Request to change mattress or add a mattress topper was denied. I had to buy a use and throw mattress for my 3 nights stay.

This property badly need renovation as it is in pathetic state. I don’t understand how can this property be still on MMT although there are many bad reviews and people have voiced concerns. I am one of the senior most at St. Regis and understand hospitality industry very well… Kindly issue a notice to them that if they donot meet with the hospitality standards the property will be removed from MMT …

The rooms are very dirty not at all clean the toilet seat had stains on it not at all hygienic and the staff there in morning the lady is very rude not at all a good stay I would recommend not to stay I ordered veg Manchurian it was raw from inside and not at all eatable and the French fries were stale rooms are dirty water leaking from ac

Cleanliness could have been maintained properly . Bed springs tend to hurt alot while you sleep . Rooms are spacious but i hope u will keep in mind regarding the hygiene and furnitures
