Location is the key factor here, atmosphere is gr8 now, fogg covered morning and birds chirping made our day, people are supportive, rooms are big n clean, added balcony was huge, only 1 thing was disappointing that, swimming pool was shut for maintenance so we all were disappointed, must visit place...

not that great experience... no room service, have to walk all the way to reception area to jist drink tea, getting drenched in rain while walking upto reception area... the property has no sights to see, the location is terrible.. all the good sights start 10kms ahead of the so called resort... no facilities.. swimming pool disfunctional... they were messing up food orders... too pricey for the quality of property... poorly maintained... served idli, poha and bread butter in the name of breakfast..tea/ coffee were too sugary.... didn't give it poor rating because the food rates were quite affordable

Panshet mtdc resort should be called as average hotel instead of resort, apart from rooms there is no other activity available. Pool is under maintenance. Rooms are also average and need maintenance. Theu have inhouse restaurant with very limited menu and food taste is ok. Also in morning breakfast they only server misal pav and burji pav, nothing else. Not great as per the price point.

Room are in very Good and clean condition. Food is also good but need to improve service as we wait more than 30min for get our order. All Staff is very co operatives.Overall our total experience is good and we recommend it must visit in this monsoon season

Room condition is quite happy but swimming pool not working also NEVER TRY THEIR FOOD ,it was terrific

Location of property is excellent and property is very big. it needs little maintenance. Food was ok. Bathroom door was not closing. But overall enjoyed the stay.

It was horrible stay..water leakage in bath room, faded walls, no intercom in the room..reception is so far..if want anything we had to go there to ask..bcos we didn't found mobile range

it's not a hotel, it's a sarkari quarter. Please don't book it. So unhygienic, we even got sick from the food. please please please don't go there.

It's terrible experience while entering in the room. The steps in front of the room are filled with the sand which feels like cleaning not done for weeks. No family tourists available to stay only couples are coming to enjoy the location. My daughter is of 2.5 yrs old and she said "Papa, apne ghar chalte hai" within seconds after opening the door of the room. Don't know what she feeled and her face looks like she is scared to stay there. Feeling like haunted place in the day time only. Can't imagine the scene at night. Another issue is that no water available in swimming pool. When asked about the reason for this at reception, they said we have mentioned on the website that water is not available. We left the resort within 10 mins of checkin with no booking refund. Please don't waste your money if you want good stay. Find any other resort which you already know. Thinking that government provided facilities always have low quality services as the government employees will get paid even when they will not provide good quality and service.🙏

The worst place to stay! all the walls have mold and it’s broken place.

Our stay at the resort was disappointing. The rooms were outdated, and cleanliness was subpar. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, and amenities were lacking. The food was bland, and the overall atmosphere felt uninspired. Not worth the price. Definitely not a place i’d recommend or return to.

Oldie property and rooms are not maintain.

First of all the swimming pool wasn't under maintenance... It was closed...No maintenance work is going on. Food quality was so poor. The indoor games area was the worst

Average. Rooms need maintenance. The room was stinking. Wall putty opened. Restaurant staff number is short. 2 persons were struggling hard to provide the service. Good things are: beautiful location of the facility and ample parking.

Do not prefer mtdc for outstation stay, horrible, clumsy, dirty site rooms not cleaned, no proper service given haunted rooms, not able to sleep in night
