The food was very good, but it was only Punjabi and Chinese. When you visit a holy place, you usually go with seniors who prefer Gujarati food, which was missing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel room was also not good. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, and even the fans were not cleaned. The staff was good, but overall it is not value for money.

Not good experience, room service not available, brakefast is only with room booking or buffet, no ala cart, actually all facilities like dharamshala, @ the name of hotel charging very high, food is also very costly, better stay near by dharamshala like binani, kothari, bangad, birla ( all is dharmshala), so many options in 500 mt near by. Above all staff is very good and coprative but they are helpless in so many cases because of hotel policy. Cleaning is good. Can't share

familyProperty location is really good. Very near to mukhavind. But the hospitality is very poor. Restaurant waiters were not polite at all. When we asked for baby food they refused straight away. Even if they could help they straight away denied. Kept on commenting and staring till the time we did not get out of the restaurant. When we checked out late by 20mins, they asked for full price of the room.

Location of mukut mani is excellent. Safe and service is great. Food choice is adequate but could be better. They need to keep soft drinks. Rooms are clean and amenities good. The staff are very responsive and during our staff they also accommodated us with a heater which was a real bonus.

Dear Mr. Sarda, Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Hotel Mukut Mani, we are committed to offering exceptional hospitality and value constructive criticism. However, we are disheartened by the misleading nature of your review, along with the one-star ratings from Mr. Sunil Agarwal and Mr. Prakash Chandra Agarwal. Your banquet booking was confirmed by direct booking for 75 guests but saw over 100 attendees, causing disruption to our arrangements. Outside food was brought in without prior approval, and the premises were left littered, creating an unpleasant experience for other guests. Despite breakfast service closing at 10:30 AM, our staff extended courtesy to fulfill your late request at 11:30 AM. Additionally, it is unfortunate that utilities were found missing from the rooms after checkout. We regret your dissatisfaction; however, housekeeping was requested multiple times at midnight, beyond dedicated hours, and the room was occupied by more than the prescribed number of guests, leading to significant littering. We understand the importance of honest feedback but respectfully request that reviews reflect accurate accounts. Stay was good. Rooms are well maintained except few furniture which requires maintenance. It is not worth to the rates that is being charged. Breakfast is not very elaborate if we compare with other hotels of the same rating. Restaurant staff is not very cooperative. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there's room for improvement. *positives* - rooms were clean and well-maintained. - comfortable accommodations. *areas for improvement* - some furniture requires maintenance. - rates seem high compared to the amenities offered. - breakfast spread was limited compared to other hotels of the same rating. - restaurant staff could be more cooperative.
