I booked my room and was scared that how the room would be but as soon as I reached the Mumtaz towers I was delighted to see the rooms which were neat and spic n span. Staff are really very co operative and polite. I feel that visit to srinagar was pleasant. Thanks to the staff and localites. These people are very humble and polite.
