Very poor and horrible experience. room was provided that too a used room was provided with other guest luggage in the room. Room was smelling badly. The washroom was not cleaned and sanitized.

Staff are really very co operative and polite. I feel that visit to srinagar was pleasant. Thanks to the staff and localites. These people are very humble and polite.
