Munnar Castle

You will find mixed reviews about this Munnar Castle. My suggestion ignore all. It's a decent Munnar Castle with good approach 1. Location: it's near the main munnar city so it's an easy approach and one can find local transport easily. However while booking Munnar Castle you will find distance given from major attractions those are incorrect. 2. Service: i found the staff very supportive and their room service is very good. 3. Food: i was on a road trip to kerela i visited almost every tourist spot this Munnar Castle is the only place where i ate full belly. Options are less but they are delicious

We being from different state definitely faced issues with communication, however the staffs were friendly and tried utmost to understand and help us in every ways. The room provided to us was clean, however, we found the sheets bit worn and dirty. Also, the lobby was not very clean, probably because some guest had dropped food in that. The house keeping team took long to spot the same and clean that. Overall experience is good. There’s restaurants and other shops for quick bites around if someone would like to taste the flavours of munnar.

Place is good close to central of munnar and service is good but tap wan not working and location window is not good( window curtains were sticking ) wash cold water tap was not working when i was asking management he said to give feed back in online which was not good to take) and food was terrible better to take food from outside we spent 2000 rupees bill where we hardly anything chapatis, polkas were not cooked prolerly. After asking they bout toilets papers and they was no hand wash or a soap to clean hands.

Munnar castle is located to the center of the munnar new town market. The Munnar Castle itself is clean, offers in-house restaurant services. We tried the restaurant, it was good. The breakfast spread is average but the quality is good. The staff is helpful and friendly. Coming to the rooms, we have taken the delux room was neat and clean. However, the room require some maintainance work but nothing too bad. All in all, a very good stay.

Location and food was awesome, but bed spreads were very ugly and it is not washed, initially we were faced itching kind of things and have requested for room change, they have another room and in that also quilts was not good. Apart from this issue staffs are very good

Fantastic property location and it was a pleasant stay at munnar castle. Excellent service delivered and staff behaviour was very friendly. Food was simple and hygienic but options were very very less. Safety standard was good. I will give it 4. 5 out of 5.

Stay was overall nice, the Munnar Castle is situated in central munnar, rooms are nice with good views of tea estates. As it is in central so all parts are easily accessible in all directions. Breakfast will somehow needs to be improved. Rest all was good.

The name 'castle' perfectly suits the way the interior is done beautiful white passageway leading to room doors. Minimalistic but nicely done rooms with some not very elaborate but good breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay with family.
